It is + adj. + of sb. + to do（表人的品质）　 例：It is kind of Adam's father to encourage him to study here.（亚当的父亲鼓励他来这里学习，真是太好了。） 5. It is important for sb. to do sth.　 例：It is important for us to understand the past and find ways to do more for a better future.（了解过去、想方设法为更美好的未来多做贡献，对我们来说是很重要的。） 四、易错提醒 1. it 是形式主语，真正的主语是后面的不定式。不能说 This is important for us to learn English.，句首要用 it。 2. of 与 for 的判定：把句子改成“Sb. is + adj.”，意思通顺用 of（形容词写人的品质），不通顺用 for（形容词写事情）。 3. 介词后面的人称代词要用宾格：for us / of him，不用 we / he。 4. 不定式符号 to 不能省略，也不能换成动名词：It is kind of you to help me. 不能说 It is kind of you helping me.。 5. was 只表示过去时间，不改变 of 与 for 的选择：It was kind of you to help me yesterday. 仍然用 of。 五、练习检测 建议用时 15 分钟。先合上笔记独立完成，再对照文末参考答案，把出错的单词和短语在笔记上标出来，当天再读三遍。 一、用所给单词的适当形式填空 每空只填一个单词，注意词形变化。 1.
