I used to be a night owl.I would stay up until 1:00 am watching videos or playing games, and
then struggle to wake up at 7 am for school.I was always tired and grumpy in the morning. My
grades started to suffer, and I knew I had to make a change.
I decided to become a morning person. It wasn't easy at first. For the first week,I forced myself
to go to bed at 10:30 pm and wake up at 6 am.I felt exhausted. But I kept going.I started to use my
morning time to exercise.A 20-minute run helped me feel awake and energetic.I also used the extra
time to review my notes before school. My grades began to improve.

After a month,I started to enjoy my mornings. The quiet hours before everyone else woke up
became my favorite time of day.I could read, think, and plan without any distractions.I realized that
I was not just changing my schedule-I was changing my whole attitude towards life.
Now,I can't imagine going back to my old habits.I feel healthier, happier, and more productive.
