Thank you. / Thanks a lot.
2. 能正确运用 be grateful to sb. for sth.、express gratitude、do sb. a favour、make all the difference、deal with、move on 等短语,以及 It is + adj. + to do sth.、not only ... but also ...、One of the best ways to do sth. is to do sth.
3. 能了解中西方致谢文化(如中国的教师节、西方的感恩节),理解“感恩”是不同文化共通的价值观(如中国谚语“滴水之恩,当涌泉相报(dī shuǐ zhī ēn, dāng yǒng quán xiāng bào)”,西方谚语 “Thank you” is the best prayer),学会用英语得体地表达感激。

In China, there is a special day for teachers — Teachers’ Day on September 10th. Students give cards and say “Thank you” to their teachers. In the West, Thanksgiving Day is a time to say thank you for the good things in life. Different cultures, same idea: we should be grateful.
How can we say thank you? First, be specific. Don’t just say “Thanks for your help”. You can say, “Thank you for helping me with my maths. It really helped me pass the exam.” Second, say it in time. If you wait too long, the person may forget what he did for you. Third, say it in different ways — a card, a message or a small gift all work.
Saying thank you is not only for others. It also makes you a happier person. So why not start today?
