What plants or animals impress you? Steps of making a poster：Step 1: Choose or create the title of your poster. Step 2: Collect pictures and find out information about the plant or animal that you have chosen. Step 3: Design your poster layout (布局). 思路点拨：layout 布局——海报设计先想标题放哪、图片放哪、信息放哪。 （二）Step 2 4a 选标题 4a Work in groups. What is its name? 2. Where does it live / grow? 3. Why did you choose it? 4. What are some interesting facts about it? 范例（The Cutest animal: panda）：1. Its name is panda / giant panda. 2. Pandas live in the bamboo forests of central China, mainly in Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Gansu provinces. 3. We chose it because it is not only cute, but also a symbol of China. 4. More than 90% of pandas' diet is bamboo. They spend 10-16 hours daily eating. ... 思路点拨：not only...but also... 连接两个选择理由，比只说 cute 更有说服力。 （四）Step 4 4c 制作海报 4c Make your poster.（课本 p.40）海报三要素：Title 标题 / Picture 图片 / Information 信息。 范例版式（The Cutest Animal: Panda!）：Looks—Black-and-white fur, round face, big black patches around eyes. Country—Only in China (mostly in Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Gansu provinces). Main food—Bamboo (99% of their diet!). Fun fact—They eat for 12~16 hours a day (about 12-38 kg of bamboo!). Symbol—They represent peace and friendship in China. Then vote for the best one.（课本 p.40）展示要求：①Group members should divide the work well. ②Explain things clearly, and show the best parts of the poster. ③Each group goes to the front one by one. ④Vote for the best poster on a piece of paper. ⑤Pick the best group and give them praise. 分工建议：主讲人负责核心内容讲解（名称、生存环境、选择理由、趣味事实）；辅助人配合指向海报细节、补充 1-2 个趣味点；提醒人把控时间（3-5 分钟/组）。 展示范例：Hi, everyone!
