Dear Mr Friend,
I am Zhang Ke. I have some problems with my parents, and I am not sure what to do.
My parents make all the decisions for me. They choose my clothes for me. When I want to wear something different, they say they know best. They do not allow me to eat unhealthy food. When we eat out, they order for me without asking what I want.
I know I am young, but I think I should have the right to choose. Every time I talk to them about this, they either lose patience or just stick to their own ideas. I know my parents love me, but they are too strict. I wonder if we understand each other at all! Do you have any advice?
All the best,
Zhang Ke

Skim and find out Luo Yang’s problems.
Dear Mr Friend,
My name is Luo Yang. I am under a lot of stress at school.
I find it hard to achieve a balance between my homework and my hobbies. I love playing football. I often play for hours with my friends after school. Then I have to stay up late to finish my homework. As a result, I feel tired the next day.
Sometimes I waste time on my mobile phone when I need to do my homework. I always regret it later, but I just don’t know how to cut back on phone time.
Now I need to find a way out. I don’t want to give up football or my mobile phone, but I also hate to fall behind. I hope you can offer me some advice.
Best wishes,
Luo Yang
