Step 1 Work on Assessment

1.Greet the class and have a short revision game about problems and advice.

2.Ask students to finish the assessment exercises on pages 126-127.

3.Organize students to work in pairs or groups.Ask each student to describe one teenage problem and give one suitable piece of advice.

4.Guide students to complete the self⁃assessment form and make action plans.

Step 2 Work on Further study

1.Introduce the 12355 hotline for teenagers.

2.Ask students to find more ways to get help with teenage problems.

3.Let students prepare to share their findings in the next class.

Step 3 Summary

1.Summarize the whole unit and encourage students to face problems bravely.

2.Remind students to ask for help when in trouble.

◇教学反思◇

　　学生能完成自评并认识自身薄弱点,但制订行动计划时较笼统,缺乏可操作性。同时,学生对青少年求助渠道了解较少。后续应指导学生写具体、可执行的计划,并拓展心理健康相关知识。
