Part I:
1. convenient; 2. source; 3. benefit from; 4. addicted to; 5. spread; 6. cash; 7. stuck; 8. distance;
9. Now that; 10. access; 11. blogger; 12. streamed; 13. to define; 14. rudely; 15. upset;
句子主干是 “There are countless articles”,后面部分用来修饰 articles。
the most updated information
whenever符合语境,相当于 no matter when。
先行词是 an online group(一个在线群组),在从句 she could talk about her problems...
how to use computers and the Internet作为一个名词性短语,充当动词teach的直接宾语,意为“ 如何使用电脑和互联网” 。
句子主干是 “Her next goal is ”,系动词is后面需要接表语来说明主语goal 的具体内容。

I agree that the Internet brings more benefits to us high school students. Firstly, it provides us with easy access to information and learning resources that were previously unavailable. We can attend online courses from top universities and collaborate on projects with classmates. Secondly, it helps develop digital literacy skills essential for future careers. However, we must recognize its double-edged sword nature and practice cyber safety to avoid potential risks.
Dear Zhang Hua,
I was sorry to hear that you’ve been feeling stressed lately due to your grades and family tensions. I understand how easy it is to get caught up in online games. As your friend, I’d like to offer two practical suggestions to help you find a better balance.
First, I highly recommend setting a strict daily time limit for gaming. For instance, you could allow yourself one hour only after completing all your homework. This small rule can help you regain control over your time. Second, try to find an offline hobby to replace some gaming time. You could join a sports club at school, which is a great way to relax, improve your health, and make new friends.
Remember, the virtual world should not replace your real-life achievements and connections. I believe you have the strength to overcome this challenge. I’m always here to support you.
Best wishes,
Smart Use of the Internet
The Internet, benefiting billions globally, offers convenient access to vast resources. Search engines like Google help us update knowledge instantly, while software such as online dictionaries inspire efficient learning.
However, risks exist: identity theft and false information may target users, embarrassing those who share too much privacy.
To stay safe, click carefully and keep track of personal data. Defining clear guidelines for online behavior, such as avoiding rude comments, is essential. Now that we rely on networks, let us use them wisely, streaming knowledge instead of wasting time.

Internet and Future Learning
Looking ahead a decade, the Internet will fundamentally reshape our learning landscape, moving beyond a simple information repository to become a personalized, intelligent, and immersive educational ecosystem.
The core transformation will be the shift from standardized, teacher-centered instruction to truly personalized and adaptive learning. Powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data, future learning platforms will analyze individual student profiles in real-time, dynamically tailoring content, difficulty, and learning paths to each learner’s pace and potential. This moves education from “one-size-fits-all” to a model that cultivates individual strengths.
The physical classroom will evolve into a “Learning Center”—a hybrid hub that blends online and offline experiences. Students might learn mathematics in one virtual center, art in another physical studio, and collaborate on science projects with peers across the globe through immersive technologies like Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). Blended and collaborative learning will become the norm, with AI handling routine tasks, like grading and data analysis, freeing human teachers to focus on mentorship, emotional support, and fostering complex critical thinking.
This future promises greater accessibility and equity. National and global digital education platforms can deliver the best resources to remote areas, helping bridge educational gaps. However, it also presents challenges, such as the risk of over-reliance on technology at the expense of human interaction and the need to address the “digital divide” to ensure inclusive access for all. Ultimately, the goal of the internet-powered future is not to replace teachers but to empower them, creating a more effective, engaging, and student-centered learning journey for everyone.
