动词-ed形式作形容词一般用于描述人的情感,而动词-ing形式作形容词一般用来描述情境、人或事物。
一、动词-ed形式作形容词和动词-ing形式作形容词的用法区别
1.动词-ed形式的形容词指的就是那些动词-ed分词转化来的形容词。这类形容词可用作表语、定语和宾语补足语。动词-ed形式作形容词描述人的情感。如:excited, interested, surprised, satisfied, challenged等。

2.动词-ing形式的形容词指的就是那些动词-ing分词转化来的形容词。这类形容词可用作表语、定语和宾语补足语,主要用于描述情境、人或事物。如:exciting, surprising, interesting, challenging, frightening等。
