On 11 October,over 1,600 athletes jumped into the water for the 2025 Ironman World Championship(铁人三项世界锦标赛).This is one of the hardest races in the world.To finish it,athletes must swim for 3.8 kilometres,ride a bike for 180 kilometres,and then run a full marathon(马拉松赛跑).
