“The Young China” is a famous work by Liang Qichao. He called on young people to take action to save China. He believed that the youth were China’s hope. They could build a bright future and make history.

My favourite lines are: “So beautiful is our young China… They will rise along with our motherland!” I like these lines because they show Liang’s love for China and his strong hope for young people. They are powerful and make me feel proud of my country.

Spring in a Pleasure Garden - Changsha was written by Chairman Mao Zedong in 1925. The poem describes the beautiful autumn in Changsha and talks about the writer’s youth.
