北京阅读与表达原创5篇(2026题型)(第二组) (材料来自中国日报) (2026 北京中考) 阅读表达(第34 — 36题每题2分,第37题4分,共10分) 阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。 Being busy often seems important in today’s world. Full calendars, nonstop notifications (消息提醒), and long to-do lists make it feel like progress is always happening. However, many people end their days very tired and wonder why their big goals are still far away. The truth is that being busy is different from being effective: One fills time and the other creates results. Understanding the difference is important because it helps you control your attention, make smarter choices, and focus on what truly matters. Busyness gives a false sense of achievement because it fills time with activity. Answering emails, attending meetings, and checking off small tasks create the illusion (幻觉) of progress. However, activities of this kind often have no real purpose and fail to move important goals forward. What’s more, busy people often let outside tasks take over their time. As a result, they have little control over time, which leads to stress and little progress. Effectiveness, however, is measured (衡量) by results, not activity. Rather than ask how much was done, effective people ask what was achieved. They prioritise (优先考虑) tasks that create meaningful change, even if those tasks require more focus and more effort. For example, they decide ahead of time what is worth their energy and then prioritise their time for important work. This planned method reduces unnecessary tasks and creates space for deep, focused effort. The real cost of busyness lies not in time spent, but in progress lost. Being busy often hides the fact that little of real value is being achieved. Effective people, on the other hand, often take a break from their work to check if they are keeping to their goals. When you stop measuring your days by how full they are and start measuring them by what truly moves you forward, work becomes more purposeful and life feels more satisfying. 34. Why is it important to understand the difference between being busy and being effective? 35. What is the result when busy people let outside tasks take over their time? 36. How does the planned method of effective people work? 37. What do you plan to do to be an effective student? Why? (Please give two reasons.) 【答案】34. Because it helps you control your attention, make smarter choices, and focus on what truly matters. 35. They have little control over time, which leads to stress and little progress. 36. It reduces unnecessary tasks and creates space for deep, focused effort. 37. I plan to make a daily to-do list and rank tasks by importance. First, it helps me focus on key tasks instead of wasting time on easy but unimportant tasks. Second, it allows me to set aside quiet time for deep-learning, which improves my understanding and reduces last-minute stress. Passage 1 Tianjin is famous for tasty street food and beautiful Western-style buildings. It also has two precious intangible cultural heritages(珍贵非物质文化遗产): Yangliuqing New Year woodblock prints and Niren Zhang clay figurines(泥塑). They fully show the local folk culture and become important cultural symbols of Tianjin. The Ancient Culture Street by the Haihe River is the best place to enjoy these traditional works. With green-tiled roofs and wooden shop signs, the street has a classic Chinese style. The iconic (标志性的)Yangliuqing Arts Store has stood here for decades. It sells traditional New Year prints with classic patterns, such as Zhong Kui, the God of Wealth, chubby babies with carps and ancient beautiful ladies. Each pattern carries special good wishes. Yangliuqing New Year prints are closely related to Spring Festival traditions. People paste them on doors to drive away bad luck and wish for harvest and prosperity (兴旺). The prints first appeared in the Ming Dynasty and became most popular in the Qing Dynasty. Its special making skill mixes woodblock printing and hand painting, creating bright and lively pictures. Today, the traditional prints are still popular. To fit modern life, the store creates new creative products like fridge magnets and blind boxes. Visitors can not only buy works, but also learn to make prints by hand in the store’s workshop. Skilled workers also show the whole making process and share cultural stories on weekends. Different from the lucky New Year prints, Niren Zhang clay figurines show real daily life. The skill was created by Zhang Mingshan in the Qing Dynasty. He mixed traditional Chinese clay skills with Western art styles, making vivid and special clay works. Now his descendant (后代) runs the famous store on the ancient street. In short, these two traditional handicrafts carry Tianjin’s history and culture. They connect old traditions with modern life and win popularity among people of all ages. 1. Why are Yangliuqing New Year prints and Niren Zhang clay figurines important to Tianjin? 2. What do people wish for when pasting Yangliuqing New Year prints during the Spring Festival? 3. How does the Yangliuqing Arts Store make traditional prints fit modern life? 4. What are the features of Tianjin’s two traditional handicrafts? Why? (Please give two reasons.) Passage 2 Hebei University of Technology (河北工业大学) runs a summer exchange program at its Finland Campus every year. This program attracts students from different countries around the world. In a recent three-month summer program, students from ten countries took part in the activity, including Finland, Egypt, Pakistan, Peru and Romania. Hebei University of Technology holds a summer exchange program at its Finland Campus every year. So far, the four-year program has welcomed over 40 international students and built a great bridge for global cultural communication. Recently, students from ten countries joined the three-month program and gained a new understanding of Chinese culture and modern technology. At the opening ceremony, school leaders welcomed the foreign students warmly. They encouraged the students to keep an open mind, experience Chinese traditions and modern development, and act as young ambassadors for cultural exchange. The program prepared rich and colorful activities for students. They learned traditional Chinese culture through interesting courses, such as Chinese folk culture and tai chi. Besides hand-making experiences, they visited cultural heritage museums and took part in dragon boat races. These activities helped them feel Chinese folk customs and team spirit. Apart from traditional culture, the program also combined culture with modern technology. Students took AI project courses. They learned many practical skills, including 3D printing, simple coding and equipment installation(设备安装). They even made an AI bird feeder by themselves. The school also organized visits to local new energy companies, letting students see China’s fast technological development. Many foreign students spoke highly of this program. They were impressed by China’s advanced infrastructure (先进基础设施) and practical teaching. They believed that on-site experience is much more valuable than online learning. This program showed a perfect combination of traditional culture and modern innovation. In short, the three-month program offered students a great chance to learn and communicate. It improved their practical abilities and helped them understand real modern China. These international students will share their unique experiences abroad and keep promoting cultural and educational exchanges between countries. 1. Passage 3 Shaanbei folk songs, also called Xintianyou, are precious (宝贵的) traditional art in northern Shaanxi. Created by local farmers, these songs come from daily work and record local people’s life and history. For Wang Zhong, a disabled local singer, they are the strength that supports his life and an important traditional culture to pass on. Wang Zhong lives in a small village on the Loess Plateau (黄土高原). A serious accident in his childhood hurt his leg, making him walk with a limp. Because of his physical disability, he was shy and unconfident as a child. He was too nervous to talk and make friends with others. Folk songs completely changed Wang Zhong’s life. When he was young, he watched his grandparents sing while working in fields. These simple and powerful songs cheered farmers up during tough days. Wang learned these songs little by little. The beautiful music brought him great comfort and strong inner strength. Shaanbei folk songs are like living history of the local land. They show local people’s hard-working spirit, kind feelings and bravery. In revolutionary(革命的) years, people wrote new lyrics to honor soldiers’ courage and faith. For Wang, these songs have always taught him to be positive and persistent (坚持不懈的) in the face of difficulties. Wang’s music journey was full of challenges. His junior high school music teacher found his singing talent and encouraged him to sing in public, which helped him build confidence. Unluckily, his poor family forced him to leave college. He did many tiring jobs to support himself, but he never gave up his love for folk music. He kept practicing singing and took part in all kinds of singing competitions. In 2024, he became an official inheritor (官方传承人) of Shaanbei folk songs. Today, Wang Zhong devotes all his time to protecting and spreading this traditional folk culture. He teaches folk songs in local schools and gives free music lessons to poor students. He believes these old songs carry local people’s perseverance (毅力) and hope. What change did Shaanbei folk songs bring to Wang Zhong’s life? 3. How did Wang Zhong stick to folk music despite difficulties? 4. What does Wang Zhong do to protect Shaanbei folk songs? Why? With new technology, the region makes good use of natural resources and develops in a sustainable way. The Kubuqi Desert (库布齐沙漠) is a typical example of green development. Large dry and barren lands are now covered with solar panels. Workers grow salt-resistant grass under these panels. This special “solar power plus ecological restoration” model serves two purposes. It improves the local environment and brings new economic income at the same time. Inner Mongolia is also upgrading its traditional industries. It is rich in wind and solar energy and leads China in renewable energy production. To solve the unstable power supply, local researchers develop smart energy systems and new storage technology like green hydrogen. This clean energy helps local factories reduce pollution. Many local industries have achieved great progress. The dairy industry no longer only sells raw milk. Famous local companies produce high-quality dairy products and break foreign technology barriers, offering safer products for customers. The rare earth industry also improves its production, focusing on making high-end finished products instead of simple raw materials. Besides traditional industry upgrades (升级), Inner Mongolia develops new digital industries. It builds smart systems to protect grasslands and manage carbon resources. The local computing center attracts many tech companies. Cool weather and low-cost electricity make it ideal for AI development. New technologies such as drone herding also help farmers save time and labor. To turn scientific research into real progress, Inner Mongolia has built complete supporting systems. Its technology platform connects universities, factories and markets. It speeds up technology sharing and supports innovative projects. With continuous technological innovation(创新), Inner Mongolia is stepping toward a greener, smarter and more sustainable future. 1. Why does Inner Mongolia develop new technology for natural resources? 2. What result does the “solar power plus ecological restoration” model bring? 3. How does Inner Mongolia turn scientific research into real social progress? 4. What makes Inner Mongolia’s development sustainable? Why? (Please give two reasons.) Passage 5 Sang Nancai is a devoted postman who has served remote (偏僻的) mountain villages in Yunnan for 38 years. He walks along long and rough mountain roads every day. His work not only delivers mail, but also brings warmth and hope to local villagers living in remote areas. When Sang started his job in 1988, local transportation was extremely inconvenient. There were no smooth mountain roads. Postmen had to walk for days across steep cliffs (悬崖) and muddy (泥泞的) paths. The job was so tough that three workers quit before him. Even so, Sang made up his mind to stick to this meaningful work. A special experience in 1994 let him realize the true value of his job. He once received a letter with an unclear address. He spent a whole month visiting villages and finally found an elderly mother who had lost contact with her daughter for seven years. He read the letter for the old lady and helped her write a reply. Finally, the daughter returned home and reunited (重聚) with her family. From then on, Sang understood his work carried villagers’ warmest wishes. During his long career, Sang has traveled over 400,000 kilometers and delivered more than 1.5 million mails without any mistakes. As a responsible worker, he never only finishes basic delivery tasks. With the development of society, mountain villages have changed a lot. Besides letters and newspapers, villagers now receive various online shopping packages. To help locals live better, Sang supports villagers’ small businesses and teaches them to sell local farm products online, helping many families increase their income. Sang has won many national honors for his dedication(奉献), but he stays modest and shares the honor with all grassroots workers. Now 55 years old, he still works on mountain routes. He will keep serving local villagers with his simple but great work as long as he is healthy. 1. Why did Sang Nancai stick to his tough postman job in the mountain areas? 2.
