My earliest trip was to the Ferry Meadows Woods near my home in England. We went to look for deer, berries and mushrooms with what we learned. I loved finding mushrooms most. We also had many fun trips and cultural experiences. Our school took us to the theater and even Disneyland in Paris!

We also visited the Palace Museum (故宫) to enjoy the beauty of the old things from the past. We learned about many fantastic stories about them.

原句:Your guide and driver will pick you up at the airport and drive you to the hotel we booked for you ahead of time.
分析:pick sb. up“用车接某人”,we booked 是省略了引导词 which/that 的定语从句,作 hotel 的定语。ahead of time 是一个短语,意为“提前”。
Afterwards, your guide will lead you to the Baofeng Lake where you will take a scenic boat ride.

根据尾句“I’m really looking forward to my next trip and exploring more amazing places.”

根据“change from the hotness”,可知需要与“hot”形成反差,应用cool。
根据后文“their eyes and ears were much bigger than normal ones”,可知面具不普通,strange“奇怪的”符合。

此处为固定搭配be interested in“对……
根据“When in China, do as the Chinese do”,可知应入乡随俗,应用follow。
