Deaf people have hearing problems and can't listen to music as
normal people do, but they can feel it. Sound is made up of microphone
vibrations(麦克风震动).Deaf people can feel vibrations with the help of
some parts of the brain that normal people use for hearing.

How does this amazing shirt work? Cute Circuit sets microphones
around the playground to receive the sound of the people cheering and
singing. Then the group uses a computer to study the sounds the
microphones pick up, changes them into data(数据) and then sends the
data to the football shirts. Little machines inside the shirts would vibrate.
Finally, deaf people will feel the sounds of the people.
