Sarah and her best friend Emma were both in the school choir. Last month, the choir was chosen to perform at the city music festival, a dream come true for Sarah. She practiced every day, full of excitement. However, one day before the performance, Sarah developed a sore throat. She could barely speak, let alone sing. The doctor told her to rest her voice for at least a week, which meant she had to give up the stage. Sarah felt heartbroken. That evening, Emma came to visit her, holding a small notebook. “I have an idea,” Emma said, smiling.
Paragraph 1(续写第一段,开头已给):But Sarah shook her head sadly.
Paragraph 2(续写第二段,开头已给):On the stage that night, Sarah was moved to tears.
Paragraph 1:
_______
Paragraph 2:
Paragraph 1:But Sarah shook her head sadly. “I can’t sing,” she said. Emma said, “Let me help you.” Sarah was sad. Then Emma had an idea. She opened her notebook. They practiced together. Sarah felt better.
Paragraph 2:On the stage that night, Sarah was moved to tears. She was happy. The audience clapped. It was a good performance. Emma was her best friend.
“Sarah shook her head”之后就没话了,只能重复说“I can’t sing”
“Emma helped Sarah. Sarah was happy.”——
“show, not tell”——要用动作和环境“演”情绪,不能直接说happy/sad
“small notebook”和“I have an idea”完全没展开
“Sarah was sad”“Sarah was happy”——全程用tell,没有show
他们遇到了什么麻烦或冲突?——我的判断:____________________________________。
第二遍·找伏笔:文中埋了哪些“线索”?——我的判断:____________________________________。
第三遍·理情绪:人物情绪怎么变化?——我的判断:____________________________________。
Tom had been saving money for months to buy a new bike. When he finally had enough, he was overjoyed. But on his way to the shop, he saw an old lady struggling to carry her heavy bags. She reminded him of his grandma. He hesitated for a moment, then put his plan aside and helped her home.
“saving money for months”(愿望的投入)+ “on his way to the shop”(障碍出现的时间点)
“saving money for months”“new bike”“reminded him of his grandma”“hesitated”
“overjoyed”→“hesitated”→“put his plan aside”
“But Sarah shook her head sadly.”
“On the stage that night, Sarah was moved to tears.”
But Sarah shook her head sadly. “I can’t sing,” she whispered. Emma opened the notebook and showed her the plan — the whole choir would sing together while Sarah conducted from the front. Sarah agreed. They practiced every day. On the night of the festival, Sarah stood in the front and conducted with tears in her eyes. The choir sang beautifully, and the audience applauded. Sarah won first prize. Emma hugged her and they cried happy tears.
“They practiced every day” → 过渡句,可保留但需加细节
“Sarah won first prize” → ❌
“Emma hugged her and they cried happy tears” → ❌ 情绪高潮全在第一段,第二段开头句“Sarah was moved to tears”就重复了
第二段开头句“On the stage that night”自然承接,有充足空间写高潮和升华。
常写“Sarah was very moved”“She felt happy”,太干。
Sarah was very nervous on the stage.
Sarah’s hands trembled. She gripped the microphone with both hands, her knuckles turning white. A cold sweat broke out on her forehead.
She was happy to see her friend.
A bright smile broke across her face. She threw her arms around her friend, laughing so hard that tears streamed down her cheeks.
不说“She was nervous”,写“Her hands trembled and her heart pounded against her chest.”——紧张不是一句话,是一串身体反应。
③ 情绪词与心理升格:把“happy/sad/afraid”换成更精准有力的词(delighted/depressed/terrified),再配合心理描写“I thought to myself…”“A voice inside said…”,让人物“想”起来,故事就有层次。
Sarah那句“Do you really think I can do this?”
“She was nervous.”
“Her heart pounded. Her palms grew damp. She took a shallow breath.”
1. Sarah was very happy on the stage.
2. Tom was nervous before helping the old lady.
Sarah was nervous. Her hands trembled violently. Her heart pounded like a drum. Sweat poured down her face. The room spun. The lights blinded her. She felt like she was going to faint. Every breath was a struggle. Her legs shook uncontrollably.

Paragraph 1:
But Sarah shook her head sadly. “It’s no use, Emma,” she whispered, her voice breaking. “The doctor said I mustn’t sing.” Emma, however, was not discouraged. She opened the small notebook and showed Sarah her plan. “We’ll all sing together on stage, and you’ll stand in the front. You don’t have to sing alone—we’ll be your voice,” she said softly. Sarah stared at the notebook, where every member’s part was written down, with her name circled in the middle. A glimmer of hope appeared in her eyes. “Do you really think I can do this?” she asked, her voice shaking. Emma nodded firmly. “I believe in you.”
Paragraph 2:
On the stage that night, Sarah was moved to tears. As the choir began to sing, she felt her friends’ voices lifting her up, warm and steady. She closed her eyes and swayed gently with the music, and in her heart she was singing along with them. When the last note faded, the audience burst into thunderous applause. Emma reached out and held Sarah’s hand tightly, and Sarah squeezed back, a grateful smile shining on her face. At that moment, she realized that friendship could turn a broken dream into an unforgettable memory.

要补上“her voice breaking”“tears welling up”这样的细节。
Her hands __________ as she stood before the crowd.
The sun __________, and the birds __________ cheerfully.
Instead of saying “He was afraid”, write a sentence showing his fear through actions: He __________.
1. Sarah was very sad.(用动作演出来)
2. The boy helped the old man.(补一句环境或心理)
3. “I’m so grateful,” she said.(用动作+环境呈现感激,而非换一种说法)
Emma was very happy when she saw Sarah. She ran to her and gave her a big hug. Sarah was also very happy. They talked for a long time. The sun was shining and everything was beautiful. Emma felt proud of herself. She was glad she could help her friend.
Lily had always dreamed of joining the school debate team. She spent weeks preparing, researching topics and practicing her arguments. But when she applied, the coach told her, “Sorry, Lily. The team is already full. We don’t accept new members this semester.” Lily was devastated. She couldn’t believe all her hard work had been for nothing.
Paragraph 1:Instead of giving up, Lily went to the coach’s office the next morning.
Paragraph 2:Months later, Lily stood at the debate podium, holding the championship trophy.
Maya wanted to perform a solo at the school talent show, but she was terrified of speaking in front of large crowds. Every time she imagined standing on stage, her stomach would twist with anxiety. She had signed up weeks ago, but now she wanted to quit. Her best friend Chloe encouraged her, but Maya just shook her head and said, “I can’t do it.”
Paragraph 1:The night of the talent show arrived, and Maya stood backstage, listening to the cheering crowd.
Paragraph 2:When Maya finished her performance, the audience erupted into applause.
环境衬心情——The sun was shining… 心理补层次——I thought to myself…

I can’t sing”
“Emma helped Sarah. Sarah was happy.”——
“show, not tell”——要用动作和环境”演”情绪,不能直接说happy/sad
“small notebook”和”I have an idea”完全没展开
“Sarah was sad”“Sarah was happy”——全程用tell,没有show
第二遍·找伏笔:文中埋了哪些”线索”?——本段里的”small notebook”“I have an idea”“smiling”就是伏笔,是Emma计划的钥匙。
“saving money for months”“new bike”“reminded him of his grandma”“hesitated”——都指向后面”他如何选择、老奶奶如何感谢、最终是否如愿买到车”的走向
“saving money for months”“new bike”“reminded him of his grandma”“hesitated”
“overjoyed”→“hesitated”→“put his plan aside”

“But Sarah shook her head sadly.”——Sarah拒绝Emma的主意
“On the stage that night, Sarah was moved to tears.”——Sarah
But Sarah shook her head sadly. “I can’t sing,” she whispered. Emma opened the notebook and showed her the plan — the whole choir would sing together while Sarah conducted from the front. Sarah agreed. They practiced every day. On the night of the festival, Sarah stood in the front and conducted with tears in her eyes. The choir sang beautifully, and the audience applauded. Sarah won first prize. Emma hugged her and they cried happy tears.
逐句批注: - “They practiced every day” → 过渡句,可保留但需加细节 - “Sarah won first prize” → ❌ 这是结局!第一段就写了结局,第二段彻底没话说了 - “Emma hugged her and they cried happy tears” → ❌ 情绪高潮全在第一段,第二段开头句”Sarah was moved to tears”就重复了
On the stage that night”自然承接,有充足空间写高潮和升华。
Sarah was very moved”“She felt happy”,太干。
Sarah was very nervous on the stage.
Sarah’s hands trembled. She gripped the microphone with both hands, her knuckles turning white. A cold sweat broke out on her forehead.
She was happy to see her friend.
A bright smile broke across her face. She threw her arms around her friend, laughing so hard that tears streamed down her cheeks.
不说”She was nervous”,写”Her hands trembled and her heart pounded against her chest.”——紧张不是一句话,是一串身体反应。
③ 情绪词与心理升格:把”happy/sad/afraid”换成更精准有力的词(delighted/depressed/terrified),再配合心理描写”I thought to myself…““A voice inside said…”,让人物”想”起来,故事就有层次。
Sarah那句“Do you really think I can do this?”
“She was nervous.”
“Her heart pounded. Her palms grew damp. She took a shallow breath.”
1. Sarah was very happy on the stage.
1. Tom was nervous before helping the old lady.
As Sarah stood on the stage, a warm smile spread across her face and tears of joy rolled down her cheeks.(用”微笑绽放、喜泪滚落”的动作演”开心”)——怎么想到:不说was happy,把”开心”拆成看得见的动作——嘴角、眼泪。
Tom’s heart raced as he took a deep breath and stepped forward to offer help.(用”心跳加速、深呼吸、迈步”演”紧张却鼓起勇气”)——怎么想到:“nervous”不是一个词,而是一串身体反应,写出来才有画面感。

1. was shining / were singing ——
1. 参考:He backed away, his hands shaking and his breathing coming in short gasps.
1. Sarah was very sad.(用动作演出来)
1. The boy helped the old man.(补一句环境或心理)
1. “I’m so grateful,” she said.(用动作+环境呈现感激,而非换一种说法)
1. 参考:Tears welled up in Sarah’s eyes and she turned away, unable to say a word.(眼泪涌出+转身说不出的动作演”伤心”)——怎么想到:伤心不直接说,用”泪、转身、说不出话”三个动作叠加,画面就出来了。
1. 参考:With a smile, the boy bent down and gently took the heavy bags from the old man’s hands.(加动作细节与神态)——怎么想到:把笼统的helped具体成”弯腰、接过、微笑”,就有了画面与温度。
1. 参考:She clutched his hand, her own hands trembling slightly, and whispered, “Thank you — from the bottom of my heart.”(用”紧握双手、微微颤抖”的动作演感激)——怎么想到:感激不靠grateful一个词,靠”握手的力度、手的颤抖”来呈现,这才是真正的show。
原段落(全用tell,约80词): Emma was very happy when she saw Sarah. She ran to her and gave her a big hug. Sarah was also very happy. They talked for a long time. The sun was shining and everything was beautiful. Emma felt proud of herself. She was glad she could help her friend.
Emma spotted Sarah sitting alone on the bench, her shoulders slumped. Without hesitation, she sprinted across the yard and threw her arms around Sarah in a tight embrace. Sarah stiffened for a moment, then melted into the hug, a small smile tugging at her lips. They sat there for what felt like hours, sharing secrets and laughter, while golden sunlight spilled over them like a warm blanket. Emma felt a quiet pride swell in her chest — she had done something that mattered.
Paragraph 1: Instead of giving up, Lily went to the coach’s office the next morning.
Paragraph 2: Months later, Lily stood at the debate podium, holding the championship trophy.
Paragraph 1: The night of the talent show arrived, and Maya stood backstage, listening to the cheering crowd.
Paragraph 2: When Maya finished her performance, the audience erupted into applause.
Instead of giving up, Lily went to the coach's office the next morning. She knocked gently and waited. "Coach, I know the team is full," she began, her voice steady despite her trembling hands. "But I've been preparing for weeks. I don't ask to be on the team — I ask for a chance to prove I belong." The coach looked at her, surprised by her courage. "Try out tomorrow after practice," he said finally. "If you can keep up, there's always a spot on the junior squad."
Months later, Lily stood at the debate podium, holding the championship trophy. Her hands no longer shook. She looked out at the audience and saw the coach nodding from the back row, a proud smile on his face. She had not won because she was the best — she had won because she refused to let a "no" be the end of her story. The trophy felt heavy in her hands, but the real weight was the knowledge that perseverance could break any door.
解析:紧扣开头句①"went to the coach's office"——写出Lily主动争取的过程;开头句②"holding the championship trophy"——用"months later"自然过渡到结局。
The night of the talent show arrived, and Maya stood backstage, listening to the cheering crowd. Her heart hammered against her ribs like a trapped bird. She wanted to run — run home, hide under her covers, pretend this had never happened. But then she remembered Chloe's words: "You don't have to be perfect. You just have to be you." Maya closed her eyes, took a deep breath that shook her whole body, and stepped into the light.
When Maya finished her performance, the audience erupted into applause. For a moment, she couldn't hear anything — not the clapping, not the cheering — because all she could hear was her own heartbeat, slow and steady now, singing the same tune as the last note she'd sung. She looked into the crowd and found Chloe, tears streaming down her friend's face, giving her a thumbs-up. Maya smiled — really smiled — and whispered, "I did it." Not to anyone in particular. Just to herself.
环境衬心情——The sun was shining… 心理补层次——I thought to myself…
Tom’s legs felt like lead, each step a battle against gravity. But there — at the end of the dusty track — the finish line fluttered in the evening wind, a ribbon of red against the orange sky. He heard his daughter’s voice cutting through the crowd: “Daddy, come on!” A laugh bubbled up from somewhere deep inside him, and he pushed harder, faster, until the ribbon broke against his chest.
