前句说百科全书能简化信息查找,后文分四个小标题具体介绍使用方法,A项“Here is how to use them wisely.”
本段主题为“Know your focus”,后文举例“If you’re researching climate change, you can ask, ‘What causes it? How does it affect oceans?’”说明在查阅资料前应先明确问题,C项“Before opening any book, write down some questions.”

前句提到“Modern encyclopaedias like World Book Encyclopaedia give trustworthy summaries”,后句“Their complete introductions help you know key information”进一步说明概述的作用,B项“They provide ‘big picture’ views written by experts.”
