1. look / feel +
You look sad.
I feel bad.
How are you feeling?
How are you feeling now?
2. I’m sorry to hear that.
I’m sorry to hear that. I know how you feel.
3. How about ...?
How about + 名词 / 动词-ing ...? How about we get something to eat? How about getting something to eat?
表达
作用
示例
How about ...?
How about getting some food?
Do you want to ...?
Do you want to talk about it?
Maybe you can ...
Maybe you can give it a try.
You can also ...
You can also join other clubs.
4. It’s okay to ...:正常化情绪
It’s okay to feel sad. It’s okay to cry / talk / feel sad。
How about 后接名词或动词-ing;如果使用完整句子,口语中可说 How about we ...?。
It’s not a big deal. / You worry too much.
I know how you feel,不要写 I know how do you feel。
Cheering up a friend

Sam: I can’t believe it. We played so well.
Yafei: That must be hard. How about we get something to eat?
Sam: OK.

That must be hard.
How about we get something to eat?
阅读抓取:围绕 who、what happened、how does the friend respond、what suggestion 四个问题提取信息。
