We're trying to figure out how we can cook and play outside at the same time, I know we can build a solar. And solar ovens are a lot like kitchen ovens. They are basically boxes that heat up inside and that are great at keeping the heat trapped inside of the box. If you put food inside of the of the heat cooks the food, what makes IT a solar oven? Well, kitchen ovens use electricity or burn gas to make themselves hot. A solar oven uses solar energy or energy from the sun. When light from the sun shines into a solar oven, IT heats up the inside of the box. This means they're perfect for cooking. Outside, you can make a solar of an use. Wind viewable energy comes from natural resources that are always available, the most common types of solar energy from the sun, wind energy from the wind, and hydrox power from flowing water. Unlike fossil fuels such as coal and oil, renewable energy doesn't run out and doesn't release pollution that makes the earth warmer. One of the coolest forms of renewable energy is solar power. Every day, the sun shines down on earth, giving a slight and heat. Solar panels are devices that collect sunlight and turn IT into electricity. You may have seen them on rooftops or in solar farms. The exciting thing about solar panels is that they are getting more efficient and cheaper each year. Wind power is another amazing form of renewable energy. Wind power is clean and can produce a lot of energy, especially in places where the wind is strong, like near the ocean or on top of hills. Hydro powers is the most widely used form of renewable energy. IT uses the energy from moving water like rivers or waterfalls to generate electricity. Dams are built across rivers to create hydrogen power plants, where the force of the flowing water spins turbines to make hydro power is very reliable and can produce large.
