一．读后续写 Tell → Show 四大细节扩充角度

 

核心：不直接写出情绪单词，通过外在细节间接体现人物内心；每句挑选1‑2类细节，用分词、with复合结构、独立主格融合到主句，但不要堆砌过多细节。

 

1. 增加生理躯体反应（心跳、呼吸、出汗、身体本能生理变化）

Tell：She was scared.（直接告诉：她很害怕）

Show：Her heart beating wildly in her chest, she held her breath, sweat trickling down her palms.

（胸膛内心跳狂跳，她屏住呼吸，汗水顺着手心缓缓往下淌）

 

2.增加微动作神态描写（手部小动作、头部姿态、眼神、面部细微神态）

Tell：He felt ashamed.（直接告诉：他很羞愧）

Show：Hanging his head low, he shifted his weight nervously and avoided meeting my eyes.

（他深深垂下脑袋，局促地挪动脚步，避开与我对视）

 

3. 增加简短环境渲染（光线、风、暮色，少量环境烘托心境，拒绝大段写景）

Tell：He felt hopeless.（直接告诉：他内心绝望）

Show：Dusk falling gently over the surroundings, cold wind brushing his cheeks, he stood rooted to the spot.
