Friendship is like the breeze (微风),
You can't hold it,
Smell it,
Taste it,
Or know when it's coming.

And you'll always know it's there.
It may come and then go.
But you can know it'll always be back.
②
If you turn and walk away,
A true friend will follow you.
If you lose your way,
A true friend will help you and cheer you up.
A true friend will hold your hand and tell you that everything is going to be okay.
And if you find such a friend, you must feel pretty happy.
③
Hold on to me,
Hold on to me, my friend.
Let me comfort you when you get hurt (受伤的).
Hold on to me,my friend.
Let me love you when you hate yourself.
Hold on to me,my friend.

Friends are very important in our lives. Should friends be different or the same? As for me, I don't care.
I have two best friends, Wang Lei and Lin Ying. Wang Lei is of medium height with short brown hair and always wears a friendly smile on his face. He is like me. I am quieter than most of the students in my class, and Wang Lei is also quiet. We also have the same hobby. Both of us enjoy reading books. At weekends, we often go to the library together. Through reading, we not only learn a lot, but also strengthen(巩固)our friendship.
But Lin Ying is quite different from me. For one thing, she is more outgoing, and she likes telling jokes and often makes me laugh. For another, she also likes doing sports, so she is more athletic(健美的). Lin Ying helped me a lot. I was weak in maths before. When I had problems with maths, she came to help right away. She pointed out(指出)the problems and explained them patiently(耐心地)to me. At the same time, she encouraged me not to give up. Thanks to her, Iˈm much better at maths now.
