“三阶导读” 指的是学习理解—应用实践—迁移创新三个递进层次的学习活动。本训练以“Inspiring People”单元为载体，按照这三个层次逐步推进：先通过阅读解构文本，再在应用中内化语言，最后迁移到写作输出。整个训练遵循“阅读解构 → 写作迁移 → 评价升华”的共生链条，帮助你在“榜样人物”话题中掌握描述人物事迹、品质和影响的交际能力。

一、训练内容

 

【第一阶】学习理解——阅读解构

My Role Model — Yuan Longping

Who is your role model? For me, it is Yuan Longping. He was a great scientist. He is known as the “Father of Hybrid Rice.” He changed the world and inspired millions of people.

His early life

Yuan Longping was born in 1930. When he was young, he saw many people go hungry. This made him want to help. He decided to study agriculture and find a way to grow more rice.

His great achievement

In the 1970s, Yuan Longping developed hybrid rice. This kind of rice grows more grain on the same land. It can feed more people. His work helped China and many other countries. Thanks to him, millions of people have enough food to eat.

His spirit

Yuan Longping worked very hard all his life. He was not afraid of difficulties. Even when he was old, he still worked in the fields. He also loved young people. He often said, “Knowledge, sweat, inspiration and opportunity — these are the keys to success.”

What I learn from him

Yuan Longping teaches me many things. First, I should work hard and never give up. Second, I should always care about others. Third, I should stay humble even when I do great things. He is not only a great scientist but also a kind and simple man.

In short, Yuan Longping is my hero. He shows us that one person can make a big difference. I hope I can be like him and help others in the future.
