 一、序数词的构成与用法（单元核心语法）

本单元核心语法为序数词，用于表示事物的顺序，对应汉语“第几”，主要用于日期、生日、节日时间和事物排序的表达。

 1. 基数词变序数词规则

变化类型	规则	例词
一般规则	基数词后直接加 -th	four→fourth, six→sixth, seven→seventh, ten→tenth
特殊变化	不规则变形，需单独记忆	one→first, two→second, three→thirdfive→fifth, eight→eighth, nine→ninth, twelve→twelfth

2. 基本用法

- 序数词前通常加定冠词 the，表示特指的顺序。

- 序数词前有形容词性物主代词（my/your/Grandma's）或名词所有格时，不再加 the。

教材原句示例：

- It's on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month.

- Yesterday was 21st October. It was Grandma's 66th birthday.

- This is our 12th photo.

二、日期与生日的表达法

本单元采用英式日期表达规则，即“日在前，月在后”。

1. 书写格式

- 缩写形式：日（序数词缩写）+ 月份

示例：21st October, 9th September, 3rd March

- 生日表达：名词所有格/形容词性物主代词 + 序数词 + birthday

示例：Grandma's sixty-sixth birthday

2. 朗读规则

朗读日期时需补充 the 和 of，格式为：the + 序数词 + of + 月份

示例：21st October 读作 the twenty-first of October

⚠️高频易错警示

1. 序数词前漏加定冠词 the，或有物主代词时多加 the

错误：ninth day  正确：the ninth day

错误：Grandma's the 66th birthday  正确：Grandma's 66th birthday

2. 序数词拼写错误

易错词：fiveth→fifth；nineth→ninth；twelveth→twelfth；twenty-first 不可写作 twenty-one-th

3. 日期朗读遗漏 the 和 of

书写 21st October，朗读必须读 the twenty-first of October，不可直接读 twenty-one October

4. 时间介词混用

具体日期、具体某一天用介词 on；月份、季节用 in；节日搭配 at/on 需区分

示例：on 21st October；in October；at the Double Ninth Festival
