6. A simile is a word or phrase that compares something to something else, using the words like or as.
明喻是一个词或短语，使用 like 或 as 将某物与另一物进行比较。

- as conj. 如同
明喻示例：
- The river ... reaching the Bohai Gulf like a silver belt.
- The lake under the moon is like a mirror.
