例文
Dear Tom,
I’m glad to hear from you. Thanks for sharing your troubles with me. I understand you because I experienced a similar situation before.
I used to feel guilty too. Later, I made a weekly schedule to balance study and chores properly. I often clean my room and wash dishes after dinner. Doing housework helps me relax and learn important life skills. It also makes me more independent. To reduce schoolwork pressure, I suggest you listen to soft music or do sports in your free time. Talking to your parents about your feelings is also helpful.

Yours,
