根据后文“We had to work in groups to finish a difficult job”可知,这是小组活动,group符合语境。
此处是指解决问题,work out意为“解决、算出”符合语境;think of“想起”、search for“寻找”、agree with“同意”均不能与problems搭配表达“解决问题”的含义。
in need是固定短语,意为“处于困境中、有需要”,为固定搭配;in time“及时”、in order“有序”、in pair“成对”均不符合“帮助他人”的语境。
set an example for sb.

Last Saturday, Elsa wanted to have a special day with Mum and Dad. She made a fun rule for the family and they all needed to follow it, say “Yes” to everything.
Usually, Dad spends a lot of time on his phone. But this Saturday, Elsa wanted him to put it down. “Let’s go out now!” she said. Mum and Dad said “Yes”. They went to a park near their home. They took a walk and had fun flying a colorful kite together.
After lunch, Elsa asked, “Can we make some cookies and watch a film this afternoon?” Mum and Dad said “Yes”. Then they started to do it. Mum took out eggs, sugar, and chocolate. Dad cleaned the oven (烤箱). What about Elsa? She washed some strawberries because she wanted to put some on the cookies to make them beautiful. Then they had delicious cookies after 50 minutes. With the cookies, they enjoyed a film.
At 7:00 p.m., it was time for dinner. Mum made some dishes. And one of them was vegetable salad. There were carrots in it. Elsa didn’t like eating carrots. But this time, Mum and Dad said to her, “Have some carrots. They are healthy.” Elsa looked at that dish and said “Yes”. She took a bite of the carrot and found it tasted good!

Baduanjin (八段锦), a kind of exercise, has a history of more than 800 years in China. Now many people like it, just like tai chi in China. You can find them practising Baduanjin in parks.
In the past, people thought Baduanjin was a sport for the old. But today young people are interested in it too. Why? Well, it’s easy to learn and practise. You don’t need any equipment (器械). You don’t need big places either. And best of all, it doesn’t take much time. That is why office workers like it. Most of them always spend long hours sitting at a desk or working on a computer, so they hardly have much time to exercise.
“Baduanjin is great exercise,” a young man said. “Four months ago, I couldn’t sleep well at night. Then I took the doctor’s advice and started to practise Baduanjin every morning. I found it really helpful. Now I can sleep well.”
Many people in other countries like Baduanjin too. Liu Jianan, a Chinese teacher, teaches Baduanjin in a school in the Middle East (中东). Many students like his class.
If you want to keep healthy, why not give Baduanjin a try? It is good for your body. But not all people can practise it. People should always put safety first when doing Baduanjin.
