三、单元语法重难点
1. 接to do/doing意义不同的动词(单元核心语法,高频考点)
①remember/forget后接to do表示“记得/忘记要去做某事(事情未做)”,接doing表示“记得/忘记做过某事(事情已做)”,例:I remember closing the door(记得关过门,已关)/Remember to close the door(记得要关门,未关)。
②同类用法的词还有stop(stop to do停下来去做另一件事/stop doing停下正在做的事)、regret(regret to do遗憾要做/regret doing后悔做过)。
2. when引导的时间状语从句(描述过去记忆)
描述过去发生的记忆片段时,when引导的从句和主句均使用一般过去时,例:When I was in Grade 7, I met my best friend on the first day of the new term.
3. 易混点辨析
memory表示“记忆力”时是不可数名词,表示“具体的回忆片段”时是可数名词;recall(主动回忆、回想)/remember(自然记得)。
