从内容与语言两方面予以分档给分。
【内容方面】要求考生能够完整地按照写作要点进行表述,要点详略得当、表述合理,
词数符合写作要求。
【语言方面】要求考生表达准确连贯、符合逻辑,允许考生合理运用原文句式结构,但
不可以照抄原文。如考生把文章所给出的开头部分抄写在答题卡上,即使抄写有错误都不扣

即使抄写有错误,也可以得1分。
二、内容分与语言分的分配
1.内容分:6分

2.语言分:9分(确定语言分档次时,要考虑内容的涵盖)
第一档:8~9分要求:表达准确,意思连贯,符合逻辑,只有个别(1~2个)不影响
交际的语言错误。
第二档:6~7分要求:表达清楚,意思连贯,符合逻辑,但有少量语言错误。
第三档:4~5分要求:表达较为清楚、连贯,基本符合逻辑,但有一些语言错误。
第四档:1~3分要求:能写出少数正确句子,但整体表达不连贯,且语言错误较多。
第五档:0分空白卷或抄写无关的篇章材料,有很多中文(拼音)或乱七八糟的无关
内容。
【注意】允许考生合理借鉴阅读原文的句式结构进行仿写,如内容合理,可适当给分,
但语言方面降一个档次;全部照抄读写综合A部分,酌情给1-2分;全部照抄读写综合A
部分,但里面夹杂少许自己的语言,参照“语言分评分标准”来评分。
三、其它注意事项
1.满分情况(符合其中一项即可)
(1)能合理使用高级句型,没有句子结构错误,有不多于2处小的语法错误(如名词
单复数,拼写错误)。
(2)全部简单句,没有句子结构错误,只有1处的小语法错误。
【注意】得满分者,行文必须连贯、流畅。特别注意:各写作要点之间的过渡手段,可
以是句子、单词或词组,也可以是语意上连贯,为了连贯可以适当添加符合主题的内容。
2.离题情况
(1)如果考生的答卷仅与话题挨边,没有写到给分点,但是语言没有任何错误,最高
不能高于及格分(9分)。
(2)如果考生的答卷完全离题的,给1分。
3.其他情况
(1)如果考生的答卷中有大量抄袭试卷其它语篇的原句,仅有一两句自已写的句子,
语言分定为第四档(1-3分)。
(2)如果考生的答卷大部分都是自已写的句子,仅有一两句仿写试卷其它语篇的句子,
语言符合逻辑,表达准确连贯则不属于照抄原文。
(3)如果考生的答卷中出现真实的学校名、考生姓名,则扣1-2分。
【注意】不能因为书写而导致评分失误,如书写很潦草、难看,卷面凌乱,不读文章直
接打低分(1~4分);不能因为书写很美观、漂亮,不读文章直接打高分(12~15分):
不
因书写和卷面主观加分,也不因句型高级而主观加分(如写了与文章内容和结构没有关系
的)。所谓的主观加分就是在“内容+语言”的基础上又增加一两分。
