2. 时态与人称的合理选择
时态
一般现在时(全文主导):描述现存问题、当前现状、个人观点、建议内容。
一般过去时(极少用):仅用于描述过往存在的问题或亲身经历。
一般将来时(核心):说明建议实施后的好处、未来改善效果。
建议信时态黄金公式:现在提出现状问题 + 现在给出建议 + 将来阐述改善意义
人称
第一人称 I 为主:陈述自身观察、提出个人建议、表达看法。
第二人称 You 为辅:指代收信人,礼貌沟通、贴合书信语境。
第三人称 少量使用:描述普遍现象、现存问题。
3. 善用“语气”与“句式”
(1)语气技巧:委婉谦逊、绝对不生硬
建议信禁止命令式语气,全程使用委婉句型:I suggest that... / It’s better to... / I wonder if it is possible to...
先肯定、后建议:先表扬现有优点,再提出优化意见,显得真诚得体。
(2)句式提分技巧

② Only by doing so can we...(倒装升华效果)

(3)内容高分逻辑
所有建议必须落地、贴合校园生活,不写空大、不切实际的内容。
