Luckily, her parents got home from work before the weather turned terribly bad.

In the UK, people ride taxis, ferries, and buses. These are common in other countries, too. But there are many other special kinds of public transportation around the world.
Tuk tuk
In Thailand, for example, you can ride a bright-colored tuk tuk, which is a small three-wheeled motorized vehicle (三轮机动车辆). It can run fast through narrow streets. One person drives the tuk tuk while two or three passengers sit in the open back.
Cocotaxi
The cocotaxi is another kind of public transportation in Cuba. It gets its name from its round coconut shape. This is a motorized vehicle that can carry two or three passengers. It is a small cart-like vehicle that has only three wheels.
Jeepney
In addition to the motorized transportation vehicles mentioned above, the jeepney is yet another popular vehicle that is found in the Philippines. A jeepney is a colorful bus with beautiful paintings on its body. It can carry many people at once.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is very useful in daily life. We use digital assistants like Alexa and Siri at home. Doctors even use AI to help find diseases like cancer early. However, not everyone is happy about a new AI invention: a digital actress named Tilly.
Although Tilly has not been in any famous movies yet, her creators believe she could be a star. This raises questions. Can something that is not real show real human feelings? Can it look believable on screen? Many people doubt (质疑) this. There are also worries that AI actors might take jobs away from real actors.
Movies and TV shows cost a lot to make. Using AI actors could save companies money because they don’t have to pay huge money to Hollywood stars. With lower costs, companies could make more films.
Also, AI actors can do things real actors cannot. They can perform dangerous work without getting hurt. They never get sick, so filming is easier. Directors can change an AI actor’s face or voice to fit any role perfectly. For historical movies, an AI actor could look exactly like a real person from history. AI is powerful technology, and many people want to see what it can do.
Just because we can use AI doesn’t mean we should. Real actors have natural talent and work very hard to improve. They could lose their jobs to computer programs.
It is also unfair to real actors. Unions like SAG-AFTRA say AI is trained using the work of real performers without asking for permission or paying them. Furthermore, AI actors often look strange and unnatural. Knowing they have no real feelings can feel strange. This might destroy the fun of watching a movie.
27. What doubt do people have about Tilly?
A. Whether she can show true human feelings.
B. Whether she will get hurt when making movies.
C. Whether her creators will stop developing her soon.
D. Whether she will get along with other actors in movies.
28. Which of the following are advantages of AI actors according to the “Yes” part?
①Saving money for film production. ②Having fewer limits for filmmakers.
③Getting sick and needing a break. ④Looking exactly like certain characters.
A. ①②③ B. ①②④ C. ①③④ D. ②③④
29. Which group of people would mostly choose “NO”?
A. Young movie fans. B. Film company bosses.
C. Professional film actors. D. Historical movie directors.
30. Which of the following best describes the structure of the passage?
A. Cause-Effect-Prediction. B. Question-Answer-Example.
C. Problem-Solution-Conclusion. D. Introduction-Arguments-Open question.
