学情分析及学习方法
Students in Senior 5 have had a basic reading skill to comprehend a passage. Besides, they are not as shy as they were last year. They are brave and eager to express their ideas in English as long as they have something to say. However, if they are not familiar with a topic or do not have enough background knowledge, they are unwilling to raise their hands in class. For this lesson, clown doctor is kind of new for students. They know little about a clown doctor’s responsibilities and their working ways. Therefore, they may have difficulty in answering some questions, such as “ Would you like to work as a cloud doctor?”.
In terms of the above considerations, enough time will be set aside for students to read the passage. And necessary instructions will be provided.
