邀请信——热情相邀，以诚待人
一、写作架构搭建
邀请信是邀请收信人参加活动的信件，高考高频应用文；写作对象多为朋友、外教，语气友好。
• 自我介绍、发出邀请：第一人称，一般现在时
• 介绍活动安排：第三人称，一般将来时
三段式结构：
1. 开篇：自我介绍，点明活动，发出邀请
2. 主体：交代活动时间、地点、主题、流程、意义
3. 篇尾：盼望对方到场，恳请回复，表达感谢

- On behalf of the English programme “Talk and Talk”, I’m writing to invite
you to be our guest.

第二段：活动安排+活动意义

- The activity is scheduled to last approximately three hours, from 2:00 pm to
5:00 pm on Saturday.
活动计划时长约3小时，周六下午2点至5点举办。
