倡议书-—发现问题，呼吁行动
一、写作架构搭建
倡议书是发起呼吁、号召行动的号召性短文，结构分为：标题、称呼、正文、
结尾、落款。语言要有号召力、感染力。
三段式行文逻辑：1. 开篇：点明倡议背景、现状，说明发起倡议的目的
2. 主体：分点列出具体倡议做法、可行建议
3. 篇尾：发出号召，表达共同行动的决心与美好期许
二、亮眼素材积累
第一段：介绍倡议背景
1. A regulation has been issued recently that all citizens shall wear a helmet while riding an electric bicycle.
最近颁布了一项规定，所有公民骑电动自行车时都必须佩戴头盔。
2. To improve the situation, we must live a low-carbon life to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

We all feel concerned when seeing leftovers piled in the bins of the canteen. To arouse our awareness of saving food, our school is to launch a campaign against meal waste.

As for us students, please don’t order too much food that we can’t finish. Furthermore, we should remind each other to clear the plates or pack leftovers whether at school or at a restaurant.
