这类“转变”续写我教了很多届,学生写第一段最典型的毛病就一个:都知道要写“改变”,可十个里有八个写成流水账——早睡了、早起了、学习了,完了。情节都对,就是没人味儿,拿不到高分。这份讲义不灌鸡汤也不堆好词,只讲清三件事:故事脉络怎么接、两段各自怎么搭、怎么把流水账改出画面。
一、原文讲了一个什么故事
原文讲了一个熟悉的故事:“我”从初中起就是个夜猫子,习惯熬夜写作业、享受深夜的安静,父母怎么劝都不听;上了大学变本加厉。直到上学期的一天,深夜赶作业时突然头痛欲裂,第二天清晨补作业又胸口剧痛。校医院里,医生表情严肃地递来报告,说出全文最扎心的一句——“You're 20, but your heart is 40!”(你 20 岁,心脏却 40 岁了!)一股寒意穿过全身。
【官方给定的两个段首句】
Paragraph 1: Struck by the doctor's warning, I knew I had to make a change.
Paragraph 2: Slowly but surely, my efforts to adjust to the new routine paid off.
(续写词数 150 左右,两段均衡;时态与原文一致用过去时,第一人称。)
二、这道题到底让你写什么

故事内核
这不是“生病”的故事,是“转变”的故事。原文把“恶习—警告—惊醒”全写完了,留给你的就是:怎么改、改的过程多难、改成之后收获了什么。
首句指路
第一段 make a change:写下决心后的具体行动 + 改变初期的不适应(别写得太轻松,挣扎才真实)。第二段 paid off:写身体、学习、心态的成果与他人见证。
主题落点
健康作息、自律、听得进劝。结尾把感悟轻轻点出来,但别喊口号。
词数与时态
两段合计 150 词左右,分配均衡;通篇过去时(与原文一致),第一人称。
三、两段怎么搭:一个节奏用到底
我教学生搭续写段落,反复就磨一个节奏,三步:先写“我做了什么”(动作,越具体越好)→ 再写“随之发生了什么”(身体反应、室友父母的回应、环境变化,让动作落地)→ 最后收到“我心里怎么样”(一点感受或领悟,给这段一个落点)。三步走完,一段就立住了,绝写不成流水账。
照这个节奏,两段的内容就出来了:

第一段 (make a change)
当晚就定计划:卸掉深夜刷的东西、定闹钟、作业挪白天,逼自己十一点前关灯。
头几晚翻来覆去睡不着、盯着天花板、手痒想摸手机;室友看见了,悄悄把台灯也关了陪你。
难,但每熬过一晚,离那台“超负荷的发动机”就远一步。
第二段 (paid off)
几周后习惯成自然:清晨头脑清醒地完成作业,白天上课不再打瞌睡。
复查时医生的表情松了、朝你点头;给父母打电话,那头沉默一下,然后是欣慰的笑。
夜依然安静而美,但终于懂得:真正的安宁不是熬出来的,是养出来的。
四、学生是怎么写平的 · 病文升格
下面这两段,是我按多年教学中最常见的学生写法整理的典型病文——情节全对、要点都在,但读起来像在交差。先看问题出在哪。
【学生病文 · 两段】
(Para 1) Struck by the doctor's warning, I knew I had to make a change. I decided to go to bed early every day. I deleted the games on my phone. I also made a study plan. At first it was hard. I wanted to play my phone at night. But I told myself I must keep going. My roommates said I was great. I felt happy.
(Para 2) Slowly but surely, my efforts to adjust to the new routine paid off. I got up early every morning and finished my homework. I was not tired in class. My body became healthy. The doctor said my heart was better. My parents were very happy. I was happy too. Now I know staying up late is bad. We should go to bed early.
老师批注(平在哪)
① 动作有了,但全是“清单”:decided、deleted、made a plan 一句一个,中间没有任何反应和细节——三步节奏只走了第一步。
② “At first it was hard”——“难”不能光说,要写出画面:睡不着、盯天花板、手伸向手机又缩回来。
③ “My roommates said I was great. I felt happy.”——回应和感受都太敷衍;室友的反应可以是一个动作(悄悄关灯陪你),感受要扣回原文(离那台超负荷的发动机远一步)。
④ 第二段同样是成果清单:not tired、healthy、better、happy 排着报账,没有一个具体场景;复查时医生的表情、给父母打电话,这些现成的呼应点全浪费了。
⑤ 结尾“We should go to bed early”直接喊口号——感悟要长在故事里,不是贴在结尾上。
⑥ 语言层面:句子短碎,几乎没有从句和非谓语,happy 出现三次。
升格思路:不用推倒重来,就把三步节奏补全——每个动作后面,跟一个身体或他人的回应;每段结尾,落一笔扣回原文的感受。再把三处“说出来的情绪”(hard / great / happy)换成画面,把口号式结尾换成长在故事里的领悟。改完就是下面的范文。
五、改完之后:满分范文
【升格后的满分范文 · 约 150 词】
(Para 1) Struck by the doctor's warning, I knew I had to make a change. That very night, I deleted the apps that had stolen my sleep, set an alarm for 6:30, and forced myself to turn off the light before eleven. The first few nights were torture: I lay staring at the ceiling, my hand itching for the phone. Seeing my struggle, my roommate quietly switched off his lamp too, whispering, “We'll do this together.” Each night I survived, I felt one step farther from that overworked engine inside my chest.
(Para 2) Slowly but surely, my efforts to adjust to the new routine paid off. Mornings found me clear-headed at my desk, finishing homework the night-owl me would have rushed through at 2 a.m. At the follow-up check, the doctor studied my report, and this time a smile replaced his frown. When I told my parents over the phone, there was a short silence, then Mom's voice came, soft and wet: “We've waited years to hear this.” I still love the quiet of the night — but now I know real peace is not stayed up for; it is earned by rest.

六、这道题用得上的表达(按用途分)
改变与坚持:that very night 当晚就;force oneself to 强迫自己;my hand itching for… 手痒想去拿;each night I survived 每熬过的一晚;stick to the new routine 坚持新作息
身体与健康:clear-headed 头脑清醒的;energetic 精力充沛的;a pounding headache 剧烈头痛(原文词,可回收);an overworked engine 超负荷的发动机(原文比喻,呼应必杀)

七、给 2027 届:举一反三
这道题属于“恶习 / 困境 → 警醒 → 转变 → 收获”一类,是续写最常见的故事骨架之一。骨架记牢:第一段写“下决心 + 行动 + 初期挣扎”,第二段写“见效 + 他人见证 + 感悟”;每段都按“做了什么 → 随之发生了什么 → 心里怎么样”三步搭。
【仿写任务 · 原创练习】
一个沉迷手机短视频的高中生,成绩滑坡,被班主任的一句话点醒。续写两段,每段 75 词左右。
Para 1: Looking at the test paper, I finally admitted that something had to change.
Para 2: Two months later, …
提示:第一段——当晚的具体行动(交手机 / 卸软件 / 订计划)→ 初期的难(课间手痒、夜里失眠)→ 一句扣住决心的感受;第二段——成绩或状态的具体变化 → 班主任 / 父母的一个动作或一句话作见证 → 长在故事里的感悟收尾。两段都别写成清单,每个动作后面跟一个回应。
一句话记牢:续写的高分不在难词,在节奏——动作落地、回应跟上、感受收尾。这三步走顺了,任何故事你都接得住。
