Are you always tired, even when you sleep a lot? It might be because you do not get enough B vitamins (维生素). B vitamins are very important for our body. They help our body in two big ways. First, B vitamins turn food into energy. Second, they help make red blood cells (细胞), which carry oxygen (O) in our blood.
There are eight different B vitamins. They are BI, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12. Each one has its own job, but they work together to help our body work well. If you do not get enough of these vitamins, you might feel very weak, lose your hair, or even feel pain in your body.
Many people do not get enough B vitamins every day. Vegans, who eat only vegetables and no meat, sometimes do not get enough B12 because most of it comes from meat. Because of this, vegans may feel tired and not healthy. Pregnant (怀孕的) women also need more B vitamins. They need more B9 because it is very important for their growing baby.
So, how can you get B vitamins? The best way is to eat a variety of healthy foods. You can eat green vegetables, brown bread, meat, fish, cheese, milk, and eggs. For example, a fish-and-egg sandwich gives you many of the B vitamins you need in one day.
Sometimes, doctors may suggest vitamin supplements (补充剂) if you cannot get enough from food. But try to add many different foods in your diet. This will help you have more energy and keep your body healthy.

因为后文“he was just five years old”是过去的时间点,需用since引导时间状语从句。
因为固定搭配“be known for”意为“因……
因为“teach sb. how to do sth.”

根据“they discovered that the road...divided into two”可知,这里表示路被分成两条,“路”和“分”之间是被动关系,且句子时态是一般过去时,一般过去时的被动语态结构是“was/were+过去分词”,主语“the road”是单数,所以用was。故填was。
根据“Joe decided to follow the smooth one, while Nick took...other one full of obstacles”可知,这里说的是两条路中的另一条,the other 表示“两者中的另一个”,故填the。
根据“he was...scared to jump over it”可知,这里考查“too...to...”
根据“Nick, however, remembered his last test and how he had jumped over wide gaps. ...little difficulty, he made it.”
根据“you had chosen the difficult road, you could have prepared yourself for this one”可知,这里是一种假设的情况,if引导条件状语从句,表示“如果”,故填If。

A夸奖B“You’re such a good learner!”,根据英语交际习惯,被夸奖时应表示感谢,且下文B说“Good habits help me a lot.”
B提到好习惯帮助很大后,下文B用“I often get up early to study.”回答具体习惯,可知A的问句应是询问B有哪些学习习惯,故用“What are your (learning) habits/What is your (learning) habit/What habit(s) do you have”衔接,与下文的具体习惯回答形成对应。
It helps me remember things well.”
A问“What else?”后,B需补充另一个学习习惯,且下文A评价“A good habit, too!”,可知B的回答应是另一个具体学习习惯,如画思维导图、自我检测、复习笔记等,故用“I am used to drawing mind maps to organize what I have learned/I like testing myself to see how well I learn something/I keep on making study plans/I review notes after class”衔接,符合“还有什么”的提问逻辑。
B说“See you.”,A需用告别语回应,且下文A说“Have a nice day!”,故用“See you (then/tomorrow)/Bye”衔接,与上文的告别形成完整对话闭环。
