Everyone has good and bad habits. My good habits include waking up early, exercising daily, and reading before bed. I also finish homework on time and review lessons regularly, which helps me study better.
However, I sometimes eat too many snacks while watching TV and stay up late playing games. These habits make me tired and unhealthy.
To improve my eating habits, I’ll replace junk food with fruits or nuts, drink more water, and eat vegetables regularly. My parents will help me cook balanced meals.
By keeping good habits and fixing bad ones, I can build a healthier lifestyle step by step.
