Meng Xiang was crazy about films and music during his childhood. When he started college, he dreamed of making films that could combine (结合) his love for storytelling and interest in music.
His biggest challenge came when he planned to make a film about a tennis player. Since no one would offer him money for a 2-hour film, Meng and his college friends tried to make a shorter one. The teachers and students in their college liked the music they created for it.

Instead of listening to the doubts, Meng and his team spent weeks writing new songs and making a test video. To film the moving scenes, they fixed a smartphone on a skateboard and pushed it. The actors’ hair was blowing in the wind while they were dancing and singing. The loud voice and laughter of the team filled the air.
Their musical film was well received and won several awards at a film festival. As Meng said, “Making films isn’t about having the best equipment or famous actors. Clear out the mess
Have you heard of the saying “Tidy space, tidy mind”? Summer vacation is coming. It’s time to clear out all the things you don’t need anymore. As well as freeing up space, it clears your mind.
Maybe you’ve been given new clothes, toys or books for some special reason and haven’t yet found a place to store them. When you spend time indoors taking things out to use or play with, your bedroom gets messy.
“Clearing out the things you don’t want or use anymore makes you feel good. Messy environment can take your attention away from things you need to focus on.” said Dr. Roberts, a psychologist (心理学家). When your room is clean and tidy, you don’t need to spend ages searching for missing socks or schoolbooks. This frees time and space for the things you enjoy. Tidying up takes more time, energy and effort, but the results make you happy, relaxed and can help you sleep better.
“Having a clean and tidy room clears my mind and makes me feel calmer,” says The Week Junior reader Harry, aged 13. “I like tidying up. At the same time, it can make places for my books and games, and help me to keep them in order and know where they are.”

阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。
We do everything in a hurry—finishing our meals, completing our tasks, running to the gyms... We choose fast living because we think we have no control of time. We try to do as much as we can each day, checking off tasks on our to-do lists. Living in a rush feels like we are always pressed for time.
Our way of thinking that is focused on speed values doing more over doing things well. For a long time, we believe that speed means being productive and successful, and therefore, we keep rushing here and there in doing everything. Yet from time to time, we find ourselves in a predicament (困境) that no matter how fast we go, we never seem to be quick enough to catch up with our endless tasks and goals.
The Slow Movement thinks that the answer to our predicament is not to live faster, but to learn how to live slower. The movement began with the Slow Food Program, which was set up in 1986. It believed that we should fight against fast-food restaurants, protect traditional cooking, and encourage people to enjoy preparing and eating food.
The belief finally spread from the Slow Food Program to other parts of life. In 1999, it helped create Cittaslow—a group focused on slowing down life in cities. This belief about slowing down quickly began to influence areas like work, travel, fashion, and living in general.
The main idea of the Slow Movement is to value quality over quantity (数量) . Slow living is a lifestyle based on the Slow Movement. Its goal is to free us from endless rush that stops us from enjoying moments of rest. Slow living encourages us to live each moment whole-heartedly and give everything the time it needs, rather than try to do as many things as possible in every minute of our lives. Today, more people are drawn to the idea of the Slow Movement, thanks to social media sharing the many benefits of living slowly.
62. Why do people choose fast living?
_____________________________
63. What is the answer to our predicament, according to the Slow Movement?
_____________________________
64. What is the main idea of the Slow Movement?

Meng Xiang was crazy about films and music during his childhood. When he started college, he dreamed of making films that could combine (结合) his love for storytelling and interest in music.
His biggest challenge came when he planned to make a film about a tennis player. Since no one would offer him money for a 2-hour film, Meng and his college friends tried to make a shorter one. They bought a second-hand camera and used old things instead of expensive equipment (设备). They even made a shelf on their own to support the camera.
Meng and his friends worked hard, rain or shine. When filming the tennis player, they ran after him in the summer sun. If it rained and they couldn’t film outside, they hung bed sheets (床单) on the walls in an empty room to set up a simple studio (摄影棚). This 12-minute film got much attention. The teachers and students in their college liked the music they created for it.
After that, Meng had another idea: to make a musical film. But musicals weren’t popular in college, and many said it wouldn’t work.
It’s about finding new ways to tell your story. Our team is planning to make a special documentary about environment. And I can’t wait to write music for it.”
