Once upon a time, a fisherman caught a bottle in
his fishing net. When he opened it, a great cloud
came out and became a genie!
“Prepare to die!” shouted the genie. “A long time
ago, I made a promise. If someone set me free,
I would make them rich and powerful. But no
one ever came. After years and years of waiting, I
became very angry. If anyone set me free, I would
kill them instead of giving them anything. So, you
must die!”

The fisherman was scared but he calmed down quickly and came up with a good idea. "Mr. Genie," he said, "I can't believe you could fit in that small bottle. Can you show me?"
The proud genie turned into a cloud and entered the bottle. The fisherman quickly put the lid(盖子) on.
The genie realized he was tricked and shouted, "Let me out! I'll give you three wishes and won't kill you."
The fisherman considered and then let the genie out. The genie asked for his wishes.
The fisherman said, "A big house for my family, enough money, and for you to be kind and never harm anyone."
The genie agreed on the wishes. The fisherman's family lived happily, and the genie became kind.

Today, you must die.” Suddenly, the fisherman had an idea to escape from the genie. He said, “ I had a question before being killed.”

The fisherman said, “How can you live in a small bottle?” The genie said, “ I can make myself small.” The fisherman said, “Can you show me again before I die?” The genie became small and jumped in. The fisherman closed the bottle and threw it into the sea. He was happy and escaped.
