In my daily life, I go to the swimming pool near my home once a week. Before entering the water, I do some stretching exercises to relax my body. Every time I step into the water, I feel fresh and relaxed. I can swim in different kinds of strokes (游泳姿势), like freestyle, butterfly stroke and breaststroke. It is my father who teaches me these movements. Swimming is not a team sport, so you can start without others. However, I also often invite my friends to swim together. The more people there are, the more fun it is. We often have swimming races. In friendly races, we swim faster and better.
Swimming brings me many benefits (好处). As a great full-body workout, it helps to build up my body, especially in the back, chest, shoulders, and legs. Besides, it also makes me relaxed and relieves my stress. When we are in the water, all attention is focused on our movements and the water around us. This helps to clear our mind. And I also feel great when I make progress.
Swimming shapes our body and mind. Come and join me!

Do you know what a resolution is? A resolution is a promise that you make to yourself. People make resolutions to improve their life. The most common kind is a New Year’s resolution. 36
Resolutions can be about anything. Some are about physical health. For example, some people may promise to exercise more or eat more healthily. 37 People might decide they are going to take up a hobby, like painting or photography. And some resolutions have to do with self-improvement (自我提升). 38
Although there are differences, most resolutions have one thing in common: People hardly ever keep them! There are two reasons for this. 39 On the other hand, people just forget about them.
To make your resolutions work, you need to plan them wisely. Always make sure your resolution is possible to achieve. Don’t set a goal that is too difficult or too much for you. 40 And if you don’t want to forget your resolutions, write them down. Also, talk about them with your family and friends. Encourage them to remind you of your goals. So what resolutions are you going to make? How are you going to keep them?

B.After all, the start of the year is often a perfect time for making resolutions.

【详解】71.A表明自己想去花店,后文B给出了具体的行走指引,由此判断A是在询问前往花店的路线,用问句“Can you tell me the way?”衔接下文。
72.后文B的回答是“从这里步行大约20分钟”,是对距离的描述,因此A此处需要用“How far is it from here?”提问两地之间的距离。
73.后文B给出肯定回答,并说明可以乘坐2号线地铁前往,由此可知A是在询问能否乘坐地铁到达花店,“Can I take the subway there?”贴合问答语境。
74.A确定乘坐地铁后,继续追问地铁站的方位,后文B指明了最近地铁站的具体位置,因此用“Where is the nearest subway station?”承接下文。
75.在得到完整指引后,A需表达谢意,后文B用“You’re welcome.”礼貌回应,“Thank you”符合日常交际逻辑。
