They organize their work around these six areas, namely food, climate, freshwater, wildlife, forests and oceans Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières, MSF) is an independent international medical humanitarian organization founded in 1971. It delivers emergency medical aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters, and exclusion from healthcare. MSF operates based on medical ethics and principles of neutrality and impartiality, offering assistance without discrimination. The organization relies on volunteer doctors, nurses, and logistical staff who work in high-risk regions. MSF received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999 for its pioneering humanitarian work.
