Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many students have sleep problems. For example, they often go to bed too late or have trouble falling asleep. Sometimes they have a lot of homework to do, sometimes they spend too much time playing phones, watching videos and playing games.
To improve sleep, here are some suggestions. First, try to go to bed at a regular time every night. Second, avoid using your phone or computer before sleeping, as the light can make it harder to relax. Third, don’t drink coffee, tea, or other drinks in the evening. Besides, we can read a book or listen to soft music to help calm our minds. I hope everyone can develop better sleeping habits. Better sleep, better life!
