When the weather turns cold, we usually stay indoors for a long time. "Colds and the flu are easy to catch and spread quickly inside. But they're not the only winter health risks," Dr Dovico, a doctor who takes care of kids, says. "A large number of people notice a change in their feelings." They may find they feel more tired and a little sad in winter. This is what we call the "winter blues". That means your physical and mental health needs more attention in the winter months. The main cause of the winter blues is the low exposure(暴露)to sunlight. Sunlight is important for our physical health.
