If you get angry many times in a day, it is time for you to think about how to deal with your feelings. Here are some of my suggestions.
When you are angry, try to tell yourself from another perspective(观点)that you are angry and that it is not a bad thing. It just shows that you have different ideas. Accept that many things are not 100% right or wrong. In our communication with others, the ultimate(最终的) purpose is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to look for something in common.
If you still feel strongly angry, try taking a deep breath and release your anger along with the breath. Don’t say anything when you are very angry, for you will regret saying it when you cool down.
Discussing with a third party is helpful. It is hard for two people who are angry to understand each other, but an outsider can help them.
Anger is just one of many feelings that make us human, and learning to manage it well enhances our ability to truly understand the world.
( ) 34. What is the ultimate purpose of communicating with other people?
A. To show different ideas.
B. To look for something in common.
C. To accept useful suggestions.
( ) 35. What does the writer advise us to do when we can’t cool down?
A. Say something in anger. B. Try taking a deep breath. C. Control our voices.
( ) 36. What does the underlined word “party” in paragraph 4 mean?
A. An activity. B. A visitor. C. A person
( ) 37. What is the passage mainly about?
A. How to manage anger. B. How to show feelings. C. How to deal with regret.

D 任务型阅读
Our eyes help us see the world—from colourful flowers to blackboard words—so keeping them healthy is really important. Many students spend hours looking at mobile phones or computers every day for study or fun. This can make eyes tired, dry, or even blurry(模糊) after a short time.
First, try to take a break every 20 minutes. Look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds—this easy method is called the “20-20-20 rule”. Second, don’t read or use devices(设备) in dark rooms. Bright, soft light is better for your eyes and won’t strain them. Third, remember to blink(眨眼) often when using screens. Blinking keeps eyes wet and comfortable.
Eating foods like carrots, eggs, and fish also helps a lot. They have special nutrients(营养) that are good for eye health. If your eyes hurt a lot or feel uncomfortable, tell your parents and go to the doctor.
Small steps every day can keep your eyes healthy.
42. What problem can happen when students spend too much time on smartphones or computers?
______________________________________________________________________________
