M: As far as particular sports are concerned, people in these two groups considered running at a mild pace as their favorite sport. Followed by skiing, tennis, swimming and cycling. W: Based on what you have said, I think we should consider targeting the 18 to 26 age group more in the future. M: I see what you mean. However, when these results are compared with the survey carried out three years ago, we can see a growing trend among older customers. I mean, 46 to 55 they’re more concerned about keeping in shape. But then my college offered classes on glass. That’s when I really got involved. Soon after, a company saw what I’d created in my classes and approached me about doing an internship there. M: And now you have your own business. W: Yeah, there are lots of emails and bills to deal with, but I still have time to draw designs and experiment with them. But no two days are the same, which is what I love about it. One day I’m designing things, the next I’m talking to clients. M: And there must be something difficult about your work. W: I have to use studio time productively, otherwise renting it is pointless. I don’t find it hard to get inspiration for what I’m going to create. It’s really annoying, though, when I’m in the last stages of making an object and then I do something wrong, like getting an air bubble into the glass. M: You’ve recently taken on a business partner, another glass artist. W: Yes, when I get stuck on something in my creation, he’ll always say why not do this? And it’s exactly right. So that’s the most important thing. And having someone to share responsibilities with gives me time to try new things. 18.How does Loved Before make the toys more appealing to adopters? A.By offering free delivery. B.By repairing them to look new. C.By attaching each toy’s unique history. 19.What does the agency do on its website every Monday? A.Release new adoptable toys. B.Collect people’s donations. C.Announce the sales figures. 20.What does Loved Before aim to do? A.Shift public opinion about used items. B.Launch a stuffed toy for all age groups. C.Create a network of toy donation centers. 【答案】18.C 19.A 20.A 【原文】 W: Hi, I’m Charlotte Liebling. I once volunteered at a store that sold second hand goods. I witnessed how beloved stuffed toys were given away with love, only to be sold for pennies or thrown away. It broke my heart, so I started the Loved Before toy adoption agency. Here is how it works when someone donates a toy by mail, they also share its story, its name, likes and dislikes or an adventure it’s been on. My team and I clean each one, photograph it and package it with its unique history. We believe that sharing what makes the toy unique helps potential new owners understand its value. Every Monday, we post new toys for adoption on our website, and we make a charitable donation of at least half of the profit from the sale of each toy. Since 2019, we’ve re-homed over 50,000 toys. But this isn’t just about saving stuffed toys from landfills. It’s about something bigger. Teaching kids and adults that second hand doesn’t mean less than. If we can change how people see a well-loved stuffed toy, maybe we can change how they see everything pre owned and that’s a future worth working for. A The Grand Canal Cultural Heritage Digital Museum Welcome to the Grand Canal Cultural Heritage Digital Museum, a premier institution dedicated to preserving and showcasing the history of China’s UNESCO World Heritage site, the Grand Canal. With steady encouragement from her husband, she got into painting full-time, transforming her passion into a meaningful way to support her family — one brushstroke at a time. Andrea’s creative roots stretch back to childhood. She remembers being fascinated by classics like The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross, where gentle landscapes unfolded in real time. Combined with the influence of impressionist and surrealist masters, these early inspirations opened her eyes to the possibilities of color, form, and mood. Guided by dedicated and incredibly supportive art teachers, Andrea fell for oil paint. Today, she views each canvas (画布) as an invitation — to push herself, to keep learning, and to refine the signature style her collectors have come to love. Seeing the joy her work brings to others fuels her passion and makes her efforts worthwhile. Social platforms have helped her find community, connection, and a broader audience that resonates (共鸣) with her nature-driven aesthetic (审美). For Andrea, the creating process is as important as the finished piece. She emphasizes how important it is “to not get too comfortable” when creating, and to challenge yourself, forcing a deeper dive into your own thought processes. It’s this sense of personal evolution that gives each painting its emotional resonance. Andrea’s career continues to develop. She launched her website artbyandrearich.com recently, and she will present an exhibition next spring at the Holland Area Arts Council in the Jane Armstrong Gallery. With characteristic optimism, she says, “The best is yet to come.” For homeowners seeking artworks that bring peace, genuineness, and a touch of Michigan’s natural beauty indoors, Andrea Rich is certainly an artist to turn to. 24.What made Andrea fall in love with oil paint? A.Support of her husband. B.Guidance from her instructors. C.Influence of various artists. D.Inspiration from classic works. 25.What matters most to Andrea in creation? A.Pushing her capabilities. B.Experimenting with colors. C.Developing a unique style. D.Appealing to more audiences. 26.Which of the following best describes Andrea’s career? A.Prosperous. B.Traditional. C.Competitive. D.Independent. 27.What is the author’s purpose in writing the text? A.To share passion for art. B.To advertise fine artworks. C.To recommend an artist. D.To motivate art enthusiasts. 【答案】24.B 25.A 26.A 27.C 【导语】这是一篇记叙文。 根据第三段“Guided by dedicated and incredibly supportive art teachers, Andrea fell for oil paint.(在敬业且全力支持她的美术老师的引导下,安德里亚爱上了油画)”可知,其导师的指导让安德烈亚爱上了油画。故选B。 25. 根据第四段“She emphasizes how important it is “to not get too comfortable” when creating, and to challenge yourself, forcing a deeper dive into your own thought processes.(她强调,在创作过程中“切勿过于安于现状”,并且要勇于挑战自我,深入探究自己的思维过程)”可知,对于安德里亚来说,在创作过程中最重要的是突破自我。故选A。 26. 根据倒数第二段“Andrea’s career continues to develop. She launched her website artbyandrearich.com recently, and she will present an exhibition next spring at the Holland Area Arts Council in the Jane Armstrong Gallery.(安德烈娅的事业仍在不断发展。她最近推出了自己的网站 artbyandrearich.com ,并且将于明年春天在荷兰地区艺术协会的简·阿姆斯特朗画廊举办一场展览)”可知,安德里亚的职业生涯是成功辉煌的。故选A。 27. 根据最后一段“For homeowners seeking artworks that bring peace, genuineness, and a touch of Michigan’s natural beauty indoors, Andrea Rich is certainly an artist to turn to.(对于那些希望在家中也能拥有能带来宁静、真实感以及些许密歇根自然风光的艺术品的房主来说,安德里亚·里奇无疑是一位值得信赖的艺术家)”结合文章主要说明了失业后Andrea在家人支持下专职绘画,受老师指导爱上油画。 C。 C They look like tiny monkeys peering out from the mist. Known to scientists as Dracula, the so-called monkey-face orchids (兰花) have become online celebrities. They’ve been called the pandas of the orchid world. But a new global assessment has, for the first time, revealed the conservation condition of all known Dracula orchids. Out of 133 species assessed, nearly seven in ten are threatened with extinction. They grow mainly in the Andean cloud forests of Colombia and Ecuador, some of the most biologically rich but also most endangered ecosystems on the planet. Their survival depends on cool, damp conditions at mid to high altitudes (海拔), where constant mist wraps the trees. Orchids have been prized for their flowers for hundreds of years, with European trade starting in the 19th century. Today, that enthusiasm continues, fueled by the Internet. Many enthusiasts and professional growers trade in artificially grown plants responsibly, but others still seek wild orchids, and Dracula species are no exception. In Ecuador’s north-western Andes, Dracula Reserve protects one of the world’s richest concentrations of these orchids. It’s home to at least ten Dracula species. But the threats are closing in. Deforestation for agriculture and illegal mining now endanger the reserve. Local conservationists, who manage the area, have described the situation as “urgent”, calling for immediate action. They believe strengthening community-based monitoring, supporting sustainable farming and developing eco - tourism to provide income from protecting, rather than clearing, the forest, are good choices. Local organizations are working with communities to protect the area. What they are doing is modest efforts compared with the challenges, but they show that solutions exist, if the world pays attention. There’s also an opportunity here to turn popularity into protection. The same Internet fame that fuels demand for these orchids could help fund their conservation. If posts about orchids included information about where they come from and how threatened they are, they could help avoid overcollection. Whether future generations will still find these faces in the forest, and not just in digital feeds, depends on how we act now. 28.What do we know about monkey-face orchids from paragraph 2? A.They have been under effective protection. B.They face more demand due to the Internet. C.They adapt to the local climate very quickly. D.They need to live in areas with rich biodiversity. 29.What is one of Dracula Reserve’s suggestions? A.Boosting the variety of orchids. B.Developing traditional agriculture. C.Rewarding the conservation of forests. D.Stopping eco-tourism around mining spots. 30.What is the author’s attitude to monkey-face orchids’ future? A.Unclear. B.Doubtful. C.Reserved. D.Optimistic. 31.What is the suitable title for the text? A.Gaining Fame for Monkey-Face Orchids B.Growing Monkey-Face Orchids in the Wild C.Preventing Monkey-Face Orchids’ Extinction D.Understanding Monkey-Face Orchids’ Habitats 【答案】28.B 29.C 30.D 31.C 【导语】本文介绍了猴脸兰花的走红现象,并揭示了其严峻的生存危机,最后指出解决方案:借助互联网传播的力量,让“名气”反过来帮助保护工作。 28. 根据文章第二段“Today, that enthusiasm continues, fueled by the Internet. Many enthusiasts and professional growers trade in artificially grown plants responsibly, but others still seek wild orchids, and Dracula species are no exception.(如今,在互联网的推动下,这种热情仍在持续。许多爱好者和专业种植者负责任地进行人工种植交易,但其他人仍然寻求野生兰花,猴脸兰也不例外。)”可知,互联网助长了人们对兰花的热情,许多人仍在寻求野生兰花,猴脸兰也不例外。这说明它们因互联网而面临更大的需求。 29.推理判断题。根据文章第三段“They believe strengthening community-based monitoring, supporting sustainable farming and developing eco - tourism to provide income from protecting, rather than clearing, the forest, are good choices.(他们认为,加强基于社区的监测、支持可持续农业以及发展生态旅游,以从保护森林而非砍伐森林中获得收入,这些都是不错的选择。)” 根据文章第四段“What they are doing is modest efforts compared with the challenges, but they show that solutions exist, if the world pays attention. There’s also an opportunity here to turn popularity into protection. The same Internet fame that fuels demand for these orchids could help fund their conservation.(与挑战相比,他们所做的努力虽微不足道,但这些努力表明,只要世界给予关注,解决方案是存在的。这里还有一个机会,可以把名气转化为保护。互联网上助长对这些兰花需求的相同名气,也可以为它们的保护提供资金。)”可知,作者指出,尽管挑战很大,但解决方案是存在的,只要世界给予关注。同时提到可以利用互联网名气来资助保护工作。这表明作者对猴脸兰的未来持乐观态度。 31.主旨大意题。根据文章第二段“But a new global assessment has, for the first time, revealed the conservation condition of all known Dracula orchids. Out of 133 species assessed, nearly seven in ten are threatened with extinction.(但一项新的全球评估首次揭示了所有已知德拉库拉兰花的保护状况。在被评估的133个物种中,近七成面临灭绝威胁。)”并通读全文可知,本文介绍了猴脸兰花的走红现象,并揭示了其严峻的生存危机,最后指出解决方案:借助互联网传播的力量,让“名气”反过来帮助保护工作。故C项“防止猴脸兰灭绝”符合文章标题,能概括全文内容。 D The rising seas caused by climate change may threaten tens of millions more people than scientists originally thought because of mistaken research assumptions on how high coastal waters already are, a new study said. Researchers studied hundreds of scientific studies and hazard assessments, calculating that about 90% of them underestimated baseline coastal water heights by an average of 1 foot (about 30 centimeters), according to Wednesday’s study in the journal Nature. It’s a far more frequent problem in the Pacific and Southeast Asia, and less so in Europe and along Atlantic coasts. The reason is a mismatch between the way sea and land altitudes (海拔) are measured, said study co-author Philip Minderhoud, a hydrogeology professor at Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands. And he attributed that to a “methodological blind spot” between the different ways those two things are measured. Each way measures their own areas properly, he said. But where sea meets land, there are a lot of factors that often don’t get accounted for when satellites and land-based models are used. Studies that calculate the impact of rising sea levels usually do not look at the actual measured sea level, so they used this zero-meter figure as a starting point, said lead author Katharina Seeger of the University of Padua in Italy. In some places in the Indo-Pacific, it’s close to 3 feet (about 1 meter), Minderhoud said. One simple way to understand it is that many studies assume sea levels without waves or currents, but the reality at the water’s edge is that oceans are constantly roiled by wind, tides, currents, changing temperatures and things like El Niño, said Minderhoud and Seeger. Adjusting to a more accurate coastal height baseline means that if seas rise by a little more than 3 feet (about 1 meter) — as some studies suggest that this will happen by the end of the century — waters could flood up to 37% more land and threaten 77 million to 132 million more people, the study said. That would trigger problems in planning and paying for the impacts of a warming world. 32.What did the new study find? A.Climate change threatened people. B.The actual sea level was misjudged. C.Scientists made correct assessments. D.Europe suffered from climate change. 33.What caused the researchers to make the wrong assumptions? A.The usage of satellites and land-based models. B.The blind spot of their predicting climate change. C.The failure to account for the effects of sea level rise. D.The different ways to measure sea and land altitudes. 34.Which word can explain the underlined word “roiled” in paragraph 5? A.Prevented. B.Disturbed. C.Followed. D.Improved. 35.What can we learn from the last paragraph? A.More people face the threat of sea level rise. B.It’s difficult to measure a coastal height baseline. C.The flood has destroyed many lands in the world. D.There will be more people by the end of the century. 根据第二段中“Researchers studied hundreds of scientific studies and hazard assessments, calculating that about 90% of them underestimated baseline coastal water heights by an average of 1 foot (about 30 centimeters), according to Wednesday’s study in the journal Nature.( 研究人员对数百项科学研究和风险评估进行了研究,计算得出这些研究中约有 90% 低估了沿海水域的基准水位,平均误差约为1英尺(约 30 厘米),这一结果出自周三发表在《自然》杂志上的研究报告。)” 根据第三段中“The reason is a mismatch between the way sea and land altitudes (海拔) are measured, said study co-author Philip Minderhoud, a hydrogeology professor at Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands.( 研究合著者、荷兰瓦赫宁根大学与研究中心的水文地质学教授菲利普·明德霍德表示,原因在于测量海平面和陆地高度的方法存在差异。)” 根据划线单词句中“but the reality at the water’s edge is that oceans are constantly … by wind, tides, currents, changing temperatures and things like El Niño(但实际情况是,海洋会不断受到风、潮汐、洋流、温度变化以及厄尔尼诺现象等的影响……。)” 根据最后一段中“Adjusting to a more accurate coastal height baseline means that if seas rise by a little more than 3 feet (about 1 meter) — as some studies suggest that this will happen by the end of the century — waters could flood up to 37% more land and threaten 77 million to 132 million more people, the study said.( 调整到更准确的海岸高度基准意味着,如果海平面上升超过3英尺(约 1 米)——正如一些研究预测的那样,到本世纪末这种情况将会发生——海水可能会淹没多达 37%的陆地,并威胁到7700万至 1.32亿更多的人,该研究称。)” Chasing colors When you grow too familiar with the city you live in, it’s easy to overlook the scenery during your daily walks. But what if your next footstep came with a small twist — following a specific color as your guide? This idea, known as a “color walk”, has recently gained popularity on social media both in China and abroad. 36 As the trend spreads, many netizens have begun sharing photos online, while some cities have released color-walk guides for residents. 37 In Shenzhen, Guangdong province, for example, those searching for pink might find bougainvillea in Shenzhen International Garden and Flower Expo Park, or trumpet-shaped flowers along parks and roads. 38 But beyond the colors themselves, this simple activity may also lead to unexpected discoveries. 39 “After a whole day of color walking, the world felt brand new,” one netizen wrote on Sina Weibo. “Places I used to overlook suddenly seemed worth noticing — a yellow bicycle under a tree, or a yellow taxi parked behind a house.” 40 Sometimes, all it takes is a single color to turn an ordinary walk into a small act of rediscovery. A.Participants choose a single color and challenge themselves to spot objects, buildings, and scenery in that hue along the way. B.In Yichang, Hubei province, nearly 40,000 square meters of rapeseed blossoms form a bright yellow sea beneath the blue sky. C.Many find that this focused observation brings back a sense of freshness to familiar routes. D.This practice turns an ordinary walk into a more engaging and mindful experience. E.It encourages people to see their surroundings from a different angle. F.City governments are also using this trend to promote local tourism. G.The idea was first introduced by an artist in the United States. 36.根据前文“This idea, known as a “color walk”, has recently gained popularity on social media both in China and abroad.(这种被称为“色彩漫步” 活动,最近在国内外社交媒体上走红。)” A“Participants choose a single color and challenge themselves to spot objects, buildings, and scenery in that hue along the way.(参与者选定一种单一颜色,挑战沿途寻找该色系的物品、建筑与风景。)” 37.根据后文“In Shenzhen, Guangdong province, for example, those searching for pink might find bougainvillea in Shenzhen International Garden and Flower Expo Park, or trumpet-shaped flowers along parks and roads.(例如在广东深圳,寻找粉色的人们可以在园博园看到三角梅,或是在公园、道路旁看到喇叭花。)” E“It encourages people to see their surroundings from a different angle.(它鼓励人们从不同角度看待周边环境。)” 38.根据前文“In Shenzhen, Guangdong province, for example, those searching for pink might find bougainvillea in Shenzhen International Garden and Flower Expo Park, or trumpet-shaped flowers along parks and roads.(例如在广东深圳,寻找粉色的人们可以在园博园看到三角梅,或是在公园、道路旁看到喇叭花。)” B“In Yichang, Hubei province, nearly 40,000 square meters of rapeseed blossoms form a bright yellow sea beneath the blue sky.(在湖北宜昌,近四万平方米的油菜花在蓝天下汇成一片明黄色花海。)” 39.根据前文“But beyond the colors themselves, this simple activity may also lead to unexpected discoveries.(但除了色彩本身,这项简单的活动也会带来意想不到的发现。)” C“Many find that this focused observation brings back a sense of freshness to familiar routes.(许多人发现,这种专注的观察为熟悉的出行路线重拾了新鲜感。)” 40.根据后文“Sometimes, all it takes is a single color to turn an ordinary walk into a small act of rediscovery.(有时候,只需一种颜色,就能把普通的散步变成一场小小的重新探索之旅。)” D“This practice turns an ordinary walk into a more engaging and mindful experience.(这种方式将普通的散步变成了更有趣、更用心的体验。)” A Circle of Kindness One Saturday afternoon, returning from a town event, we were met with an unexpected sight in our street. Tom was hurrying to school on his bike, the cool morning wind blowing through his hair, when he spotted an old lady and a little girl standing beside a broken bicycle. Their faces were clouded by worry. It was exactly 7:30, and class would start in 20 minutes — he knew the bell would ring sharp at 7:50, and he really didn’t want to be late for Mr Brown’s math class, which always started with a quick quiz. But the lady’s helpless expression as she stared at the bike chain on the ground made him hit the brakes and stop without hesitation. “Excuse me, madam. Do you need help?” Tom asked gently, getting off his bike and walking over. The lady nodded eagerly, her eyes lighting up with a glimmer of hope as she stepped forward. “The chain suddenly came off when I was riding, and I don’t know the first thing about fixing it,” she explained. “I’m supposed to take my granddaughter, Lily, to school, and I’m afraid she’ll be late for her class.” Hearing those words, Tom put down his backpack, opened it, and took out a small, worn tool kit from it, which he kept for emergency. With the basic bike repair skills his father had taught him during their weekend trips, Tom knelt down to get to work carefully. Tom’s fingers moved quickly but gently, adjusting the loose chain and tightening a loose screw (螺丝钉) that had caused the problem. The lady stood by his side, talking softly about her granddaughter, Lily, who was in Grade 3 at Green Primary School and loved drawing colorful pictures of animals and flowers. Tom listened while working, occasionally nodding. Ten minutes later, the bike was fixed. The lady thanked Tom repeatedly and offered to pay, but Tom shook his head and refused. “Just pass the kindness on,” he said, and then picked up his backpack and raced to his school, managing to arrive just before the bell rang. He didn’t have time to think about the lady again until after school. When Tom finished school, he found Lily and her grandma waiting for him. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Tom refused the tool kit repeatedly, saying he just did what he should do. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 【答案】One possible version: When Tom finished school, he found Lily and her grandma waiting for him. The little girl was holding a colorful drawing in her hand, her eyes bright with excitement. “Thank you so much for helping us this morning!” Lily said loudly, handing him the drawing. It showed a boy fixing a bike under the sun, with a big smile on his face. “My grandma has a gift for you too,” Lily exclaimed excitedly. Just then, the lady stepped forward, smiling and holding a brand new tool kit in her hands. “This is for you, in reward for your timely help,” she said softly. Tom refused the tool kit repeatedly, saying he just did what he should do. But Lily’s grandma insisted, explaining that it was a small gift to show their gratitude and a way to “pass the kindness on” as he had said. Finally, Tom accepted it, holding the tool kit tightly. On his way home, he looked at the drawing and the new tool kit, feeling a warm glow in his heart. He realized that a small act of kindness could bring so much warmth to others. Just as he had helped the old lady, this little gift reminded him that kindness is always mutual and worth passing on forever. 3.词汇激活 行为类 ①帮助:help /assist ②微笑:smile/beam ③意识到:realize/be aware of 情绪类 ①兴奋:excitement/thrill ②感激:gratitude/appreciation 【点睛】【高分句型 1】The little girl was holding a colorful drawing in her hand, her eyes bright with excitement.(运用了独立主格结构 her eyes bright with excitement ) 【高分句型 2】He realized that a small act of kindness could bring so much warmth to others.(运用了that引导的宾语从句 ) 试卷第1页,共3页 试卷第1页,共3页 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $学校 班级 姓名 准考证号 密 封 线 IIII 2 以 心 45 [A][B]IC]ID] 44 [AJ[BJ[CI[D] [AJIBJICJID] [AJIBJICJID] [AJ[BJ[CI[D] [AJ[BJ[CJ[D] [AJIBJ[C]ID] [AJ[BI[CJ[D] [AJ[BI[CI[D] [AJ[BJ[CJID] [AJ[B][C] 4 [A][B]IC] [AJIB]IC] [AJ[BI[CI [AIIBJIC] 的 8 岁 50 [A][B][C][D] 49 [A][B][CI[D] 48 [A][B][CI[D] 30 [A][B][C][D] 29 [AJ[BJ[C][D] 26 [A][B][C][D] 10 [A][B][C] 9 [A][B][C] 8 [AJ[B]IC] 7 IAJ[B][CI 6 [AJ[BJ[C] 00 A Aw NO 8 为 55 [A][B][CI[D] 54 [AJ[B][CI[D] 5 [AJ[BJ[C][D] 51 [A][B][C][D] 35 [A][B][C][D] 34 [A][B][CI[D] 33 [A][B][C][D] 32 [AJ[B][C][D] 31 [A][B][C][D] 15 [A][BJ[C] 13 [A][B][C] 12 [A][B][C] 11 [A][B][C] 港华局(请用2E共专摄装) 6 00 充液、限可。 0 磨黑 2020全克务马取社社养 ■■■■ 9 40 [AJ[BJ[CJ[D][EJ[F][G] 38 [AJ[BI[CJ[D][EJ[FJ[G] 36 [AJ[BJ[CJ[D][EJ[FJ[GI 20 [A][B][C] 19 [A][B][C] 18 [A][B][C] 17 [AJ[B][C] 16 [AJ[B][C] 成华想水分使用2正共装摄特:批挑g障公测用03m 请在各题目的答题区域内作答,超出黑色矩形边框限定区域的答案无效! 1.What is the weather like now? B After losing her job, Andrea found herself returning to the one thing that had always offered comfort: painting. C They look like tiny monkeys peering out from the mist. A.Gaining Fame for Monkey-Face Orchids B.Growing Monkey-Face Orchids in the Wild C.Preventing Monkey-Face Orchids’ Extinction D.Understanding Monkey-Face Orchids’ Habitats D The rising seas caused by climate change may threaten tens of millions more people than scientists originally thought because of mistaken research assumptions on how high coastal waters already are, a new study said. Chasing colors When you grow too familiar with the city you live in, it’s easy to overlook the scenery during your daily walks. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 试卷第1页,共3页 试卷第1页,共3页 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $听力考试正式开始。You told me yesterday I would stop raining today. Since two thousand nineteen, we've realme over fifty thousand toys. But this isn't just about saving stuff toys from land fills. It's about something bigger. Teaching kids and adults that second hand doesn't mean less than if we can change how people see a well loved stuff toy. Maybe we can change how they see everything preowned. Maybe we can change how they see everything preowned, and that's a future worth working for.
