I‘ d like some beef.

I’ d like some noodles.
I have some good habits. I eat fruit and vegetables every day. They are good for me. And I have breakfast every day to start my day with energy.
However, I have some bad eating habits too. First, I eat many snacks between meals. That makes me put on weight. Second, I like eating late at night. This can cause sleep problems.
In future, I will eat fewer snacks, have regular meals and eat dinner early.
