Lesson Objectives:
In this lesson, we will be able to:
1. Master the new words (lion, president, bravely, monitor, clarify,
clue, embroidery...) and use them to talk about Chinese culture.
2. Use the thinking skill of analyzing characters’ motives to
understand why people do certain things, and the reading strategy
of "monitoring and clarifying" to solve reading problems.
3. Think critically about Chinese cultural traditions, share our own
