Step 1. Lead-in
Show a picture of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and ask: "Have you ever read this book or seen the movie? What do you remember about it?"

Step 2. Pre-listening / Pre-reading
Activity 3a: Read the conversation
Have students read the conversation between Peter and Fu Xing about Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
