Along the River During the Qingming Festival
One of the most famous paintings in Chinese history is Along the River During the Qingming Festival. It was painted by Zhang Zeduan, a famous artist from the Northern Song Dynasty. The painting is a long scroll (卷轴) that is more than 5 metres long and about 25 centimetres tall.
