9.There is no question, from a strictly legal perspective grounded in established treaties, ________ the contract violates multiple international regulations.
A.whether B.that C.where D.though
10.When the firemen rushed into the building, some trapped passengers ________ to the windows by thick smoke.
A.have been pushed B.were pushing
C.have pushed D.were being pushed
When the firemen rushed into the building可知,当消防员冲进大楼时,一些被困的乘客正被浓烟逼到窗户,用过去进行时的被动语态,谓语用were being pushed。故选D。
11.The earthquake is believed ________ more than 5,000 people and made thousands homeless, ________ it perhaps the most destroying earthquake in history in the area.
A.killing; to make B.to have killed; having made
C.to have killed; making D.having killed; making
12.________ no convincing evidence presented, the judge had no choice but ________ the suspect of all charges.
A.There being; to clear B.There was; clearing
C.There was; to clear D.There being; clear
【答案】A
had作谓语动词,逗号前后无连词,“________ no convincing evidence presented”不能是一个独立的分句,因此第一空不能填There was,使用“There being ...”构成独立主格结构,表示“存在某种现存情况”,作“法官撤销对嫌疑人的所有指控”的原因状语,相当于“Because there was no convincing evidence presented”;“have no choice but to do sth.”
13.The school’s new reading club provides a wonderful platform ________ students can exchange their thoughts on classic literature.
A.which B.where C.whose D.when

【答案】A
A. couldn’t have become本不可能成为;B. mustn’t have become(不规范表达);C. needn’t have become本不必成为;D. shouldn’t have become本不应该成为。
15.Driven by innate curiosity, Tu Youyou, along with other scientists,________ scientific breakthroughs for decades, with no end in sight.
A.has been pursued B.has been pursuing
C.have been pursued D.have been pursuing
Tu Youyou;along with other scientists是伴随状语,主语为第三人称单数,所以谓语动词用单数形式,排除have相关选项。根据for decades及with no end in sight可知,动作从过去持续到现在且还在进行,应用现在完成进行时,has been pursuing符合要求。

Car-sharing Program Regulations
Sharing a car is a convenient way to get to and from school or university. Riding together can save money on gas and parking. You can even use special lanes for cars with more passengers, which can make your trip faster. And if you ever can’t share a ride, you have other options: take the bus, ride a bike, walk, or drive alone.
Participation Requirements:
Everyone in the group should live more than a mile from the campus or their workplace.
The group should follow a planned route and not drive past the campus just to pick up others.
Each member agrees to share the ride at least three days a week. Members share gas and parking costs as agreed within the group.
The group leader must have a driver’s license and a car. Students are ineligible to be the leader.
Individual Travel Policy:
Members can travel alone up to two days a week. The group leader can drive alone with the special car-sharing permit, while other members can take the bus using their U-PASS (bus pass). In cases of extreme weather, all members, including the leader, are encouraged to use public transport for safety. The U-PASS remains valid for such situations.
Ending the Agreement:
You can return your permit to the Transport Office at any time to get a refund. Any U-PASS issued for the car-sharing program must also be returned to be eligible for a full or partial refund. If there are changes in the group — for example, if someone starts traveling alone or leaves the program — you should inform the Transport Office immediately.

B
I used to believe that only words could catch the essence of the human soul. The literary works contained such distinct stories that they shaped the way we saw the world. Words were what composed the questions we sought to uncover and the answers to those questions themselves. Words were everything.
That belief changed.
In an ordinary math class, my teacher posed a simple question: What’s 0.99 rounded to the nearest whole number? Easy. When rounded to the nearest whole number, 0.99=1. Somehow, I thought even though 0.99 is only 0.01 away from 1, there’s still a 0.01 difference. That means even if two things are only a little different, they are still different, so doesn’t that make them completely different?
My teacher answered my question by presenting another equation: 1=0.9, which could also be expressed as 1=0.99999... repeating itself without ever ending.
There was something mysterious but attractive about the equation. The left side was unchangeable, objective: it contained a number that ended. On the right was something endless. number repeating itself limitless times. Yet, somehow, these two opposed things were connected by an equal sign.
Lying in bed, I thought about how much the equation mirrored our existence. The left side of the equation represents that sometimes life itself is so unchangeable and so clear. The concrete, whole number of the day when you were born and the day when you would die. But then there is that gap in between life and death. The right side means a time and space full of limitless possibilities, and endless opportunities into the open future.
So that’s what life is. Objective but imaginative. Unchangeable but limitless. Life is an equation with two sides that balances itself out. Still, we can’t ever truly seem to put the perfect words to it. So possibly numbers can express ideas as equally well as words can. For now, let’s leave it at that: 1=0.99999... and live a life like it.
41.What does the author emphasize about words in paragraph 1?
A.Their wide variety. B.Their literary origins.
C.Their unique composition D.Their expressive power.
42.What made the author find the equation attractive?
A.The repetition of the number. B.The difference between the two numbers.
C.The question the teacher raised. D.The way two different numbers are equal.
43.Which of the following can replace the underlined word “mirrored” in paragraph 6?
A.Measured. B.Paralleled. C.Composed. D.Influenced.
44.In what way does the author map mathematical concepts onto life?
A.Life is fully expressible only through words.
B.Life is a predictable and controllable journey.
C.Life is a balance between certainty and possibilities.
D.Life can be reduced to a simple numerical calculation.
45.What does the author want to get across in the last paragraph?
A.Life is never perfect and it’s unwise to accept it as it is.
B.Imperfections and infinite possibilities are what life really is.
C.Language and number can equally express the meaning of life.
D.Human beings have the power to perfectly define life with words.
根据文章第一段“I used to believe that only words could catch the essence of the human soul. The literary works contained such distinct stories that they shaped the way we saw the world. Words were what composed the questions we sought to uncover and the answers to those questions themselves. Words were everything.(我曾以为,只有文字才能捕捉人类灵魂的精髓。文学作品蕴含着各式各样的故事,这些故事塑造了我们看待世界的方式。文字构成了我们试图探索的问题,以及这些问题的答案本身。文字就是一切。)”可知,作者在第一段强调了文字的表现力,即文字能够表达很多东西。故选D。
42.细节理解题。根据文章第五段“There was something mysterious but attractive about the equation. The left side was unchangeable, objective: it contained a number that ended. On the right was something endless. number repeating itself limitless times. Yet, somehow, these two opposed things were connected by an equal sign.(这个等式神秘而迷人。等式左边是恒定不变的、客观的:它包含一个有尽头的数字。而右边则是无尽的,数字无限次地循环。然而,不知为何,这两个截然相反的事物却由一个等号连接了起来。)”可知,正是这种两个不同的数(一个有限一个无限)却相等的方式让作者觉得这个等式很有吸引力。故选D。
43.词句猜测题。根据第六段“The left side of the equation represents that sometimes life itself is so unchangeable and so clear. The concrete, whole number of the day when you were born and the day when you would die. But then there is that gap in between life and death. The right side means a time and space full of limitless possibilities, and endless opportunities into the open future.(等式的左边代表着,有时生活本身是如此不可改变、如此清晰明了。你出生的具体日期、你离世的具体日期,这些如同整数一般确凿无疑。然而,在生与死之间却存在着一段间隔。等式的右边则意味着一个充满无限可能、无尽机遇,通向广阔未来的时空。)”可知,等式和我们的存在相似,mirrored的意思是“与……十分相似”,和paralleled意思相近。故选B。
44.推理判断题。根据第六段“The left side of the equation represents that sometimes life itself is so unchangeable and so clear. The concrete, whole number of the day when you were born and the day when you would die. But then there is that gap in between life and death. The right side means a time and space full of limitless possibilities, and endless opportunities into the open future.(等式的左边代表着,有时生活本身是如此不可改变、如此清晰明了。你出生的具体日期、你离世的具体日期,这些如同整数一般确凿无疑。然而,在生与死之间却存在着一段间隔。等式的右边则意味着一个充满无限可能、无尽机遇,通向广阔未来的时空。)”可知,作者认为生活就像等式一样,一边是客观、不可改变的(确定性),另一边是富有想象力、无限可能的(可能性),是两者的平衡,故选C。
45.推理判断题。根据最后一段“So that’s what life is. Objective but imaginative. Unchangeable but limitless. Life is an equation with two sides that balances itself out. Still, we can’t ever truly seem to put the perfect words to it.(所以,这就是生活的真谛。客观却又富有想象力。不可改变却又无限可能。生活是一个两边相互平衡的等式。然而,我们似乎永远无法用最完美的文字来诠释它。)”可知,作者在最后一段想要传达的信息是不完美和无限的可能性才是生活的真正本质。故选B。

Engineers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) have developed an innovative ultrasonic (超声) system that can extract water from an atmospheric (大气层的) water harvester in just minutes. The new approach could help ease global water shortages, especially in dry regions where clean water is hard to obtain.
Scientists have long explored atmospheric water harvesting, a method that collects water directly from the air, even in desert environments. The idea is promising because air contains water vapour almost everywhere. Traditional systems, however, usually depend on solar heat to release the water held by a special absorbent material. As team leader Boriskina explained, materials that are effective at capturing water are often reluctant to release it. As a result, the process can take hours, making it difficult to respond to urgent needs in water-scarce areas.
To solve this problem, Boriskina brought in Ikra Shuvo, an MIT graduate student whose research focuses on ultrasound technology for wearable medical devices. Boriskina believed that combining Shuvo’s knowledge of ultrasound with the team’s experience in water-harvesting materials might lead to a faster and more practical way of recovering water.
Ultrasound consists of high-frequency sound waves that can create tiny vibrations (震动) in a substance. Based on this principle, the team proposed a simple solution: use ultrasound to break the weak bonds between the captured water molecules and the material. Once those bonds are loosened, the water quickly separates and falls out as droplets. Compared with heat-based methods, this process is much faster and wastes less energy.
The researchers then built an ultrasonic water-harvesting device. The system does not rely on heat, though it does require an external power source. A solar cell can power the device and also serve as a sensor, signalling when the absorbent material has reached capacity. The system is programmed to switch on automatically when enough water has been captured. Compared with heat-based methods, it is 45 times more energy-efficient, works without direct sunlight, and can operate repeatedly throughout the day to produce more water. These advantages make it suitable for remote dry regions, where it could provide a steady supply of clean water and offer a greener alternative to energy-intensive methods such as seawater desalination (脱盐).
More broadly, this work highlights the value of combining ultrasound technology, materials science, and environmental engineering. Such cross-disciplinary cooperation may open up new ways to solve water shortages in some of the world’s driest regions. Ultimately, this breakthrough could one day bring clean water to millions living in arid regions.
46.What can we learn about traditional water harvesting methods according to Boriskina?
A.They use waterproof materials. B.They require complex facilities.
C.They are difficult to manufacture. D.They have low efficiency in water output.
47.What can be learned about Shuvo from Paragraph 3?
A.He took over the project from Boriskina.
B.He developed a new water-harvesting material.
C.His professional knowledge led to a breakthrough in the research.
D.His solid background in environmental engineering made a difference.
48.The team developed the solution by taking advantage of .
A.the improved strength of materials
B.ultrasound’s medical applications
C.ultrasound’s physical properties
D.the rapid release of water
49.The new device is suitable for remote dry regions partly because it can .
A.work without direct sunlight B.store rainwater for dry seasons
C.operate without external power D.produce fresh water from seawater
50.What mainly accounts for the team’s technological breakthrough?
A.Pressing water demand.
B.Interschool academic exchanges.
C.Boriskina’s exceptional leadership.
D.Integration of multiple scientific fields.
【答案】46.D 47.C 48.C 49.A 50.D
根据第二段中的“As team leader Boriskina explained, materials that are effective at capturing water are often reluctant to release it. As a result, the process can take hours, making it difficult to respond to urgent needs in water-scarce areas. (正如团队负责人Boriskina所解释的,善于吸水的材料往往不愿意释放水分。因此,这个过程可能需要数小时,难以满足缺水地区的紧急需求。)”可知,Boriskina认为传统方法由于材料吸水易但放水难,导致取水过程耗时很长,效率低下。
47.推理判断题。根据第三段“To solve this problem, Boriskina brought in Ikra Shuvo, an MIT graduate student whose research focuses on ultrasound technology for wearable medical devices. Boriskina believed that combining Shuvo’s knowledge of ultrasound with the team’s experience in water-harvesting materials might lead to a faster and more practical way of recovering water. (为了解决这个问题,Boriskina请来了Ikra Shuvo,一位MIT研究生,其研究专注于用于可穿戴医疗设备的超声技术。Boriskina认为,将Shuvo的超声知识与团队在集水材料方面的经验相结合,可能会带来更快、更实用的取水方式。)”可知,正是Shuvo在超声波领域的专业知识促成了研究的突破。
48.细节理解题。根据第四段中的“Ultrasound consists of high-frequency sound waves that can create tiny vibrations (震动) in a substance. Based on this principle, the team proposed a simple solution: use ultrasound to break the weak bonds between the captured water molecules and the material. (超声波由高频声波组成,能在物质中产生微小震动。基于这一原理,团队提出了一个简单的解决方案:利用超声波打破被捕获的水分子与材料之间的弱键。)”可知,团队是利用了超声波能够产生震动这一物理特性来开发解决方案的。
49.细节理解题。根据第五段中的“Compared with heat-based methods, it is 45 times more energy-efficient, works without direct sunlight, and can operate repeatedly throughout the day to produce more water. These advantages make it suitable for remote dry regions, where it could provide a steady supply of clean water and offer a greener alternative to energy-intensive methods such as seawater desalination (脱盐). (与基于热量的方法相比,它的能源效率高出45倍,无需阳光直射即可工作,并且可以全天反复运行以产生更多水。这些优势使其适合偏远干旱地区,可为当地稳定供给洁净水源,同时相比海水淡化等高能耗制水方式,提供了一种更环保的替代方案。)”可知,新设备适合偏远干旱地区的部分原因是它无需阳光直射即可工作。
50.细节理解题。根据最后一段中的“More broadly, this work highlights the value of combining ultrasound technology, materials science, and environmental engineering. Such cross-disciplinary cooperation may open up new ways to solve water shortages in some of the world’s driest regions. (从更广泛的层面来看,这项研究凸显了融合超声技术、材料科学与环境工程的价值。此类跨学科合作有望开辟新途径,缓解全球部分极度干旱地区的水资源短缺问题。)”可知,团队技术突破的主要原因是多个科学领域的融合。

When planning my wedding, I was determined not to get caught up in the “perfect day”, but to have a relaxing, informal celebration. My husband and I ended up having a lovely time.
“Pursuit of perfection is a prison,” says Moya Sarner, an NHS psychotherapist. Many of us are driven by the unconscious wish that if we could just have the perfect body, the perfect job and the perfect family, then we would be happy. For that reason, it can be one of the most significant barriers to happiness in life.
The psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott wrote about the importance of the “good enough mother” who meets her baby’s needs timely, but is not perfect. He said perfect is harmful. To meet every desire immediately, to pass the toy straight away whenever it is demanded slows down a baby’s growth, robbing them of the opportunity to feel frustrated and learn to crawl to get the toy for themselves.
Winnicott believed that while perfection is not a virtue, tolerance of imperfection is. If we cannot develop the capacity to tolerate imperfection in ourselves and in those around us, we can have no self-confidence, no sustainable relationships and no fulfilling career. If we’re always trying to build something called a perfect life, we aren’t really living the one we’re in.
How do I know all this? I am a perfectionist in recovery. I’ve started to recognize my intolerance of imperfection — my need for certain things to be exactly as I would like them to be, from the way my husband chops his onions to my terror of being late — and it has made a huge difference to my relationship and my parenting. How can you be a good partner if you expect everyone else to fit your own narrow expectations? How can your child grow if they sense that they always need to color precisely inside the lines you’ve drawn out for them?
We need to go further than tolerating imperfections. We need to learn to appreciate their humanity and beauty. Imperfections are why people will pay a calligrapher to handwrite invitations when a computer can produce a flawless version of the same script for less money and in less time. So for a more delicious life, and ultimately a better one, I choose imperfectionism.
51.What prevents us from obtaining happiness according to Moya Sarner?
A.The lack of a perfect life. B.The pursuit of perfection.
C.The unconscious wish for jobs. D.The fear of being imperfect.
52.What can we learn from the example of the “good enough mother”?
A.Raising a child brings a mother much joy.
B.Pursuing perfection is the duty of mothers.
C.Responding instantly impacts babies’ growth.
D.Meeting babies’ demands is very challenging.
53.How does the author develop her central argument?
A.By citing experts’ opinions and reflecting on personal experience.
B.By listing several problems and providing solutions one by one.
C.By comparing two opposite views and proving one is wrong.
D.By defining key terms and then giving detailed case analysis.
54.What can we infer from the example of the calligrapher in Paragraph 6?
A.Handwritten invitations are more expensive but less beautiful.
B.Imperfections make things more human and valuable in people’s eyes.
C.People are willing to pay more for perfection even if it is inefficient.
D.Calligraphers are better at creating flawless scripts than computers.
55.Which of the following might the author approve of?
A.A miss is as good as a mile. B.One false move loses all.
C.Every cloud has a silver lining. D.Close enough is good enough.
【答案】51.B 52.C 53.A 54.B 55.D
根据第二段““Pursuit of perfection is a prison,” says Moya Sarner, an NHS psychotherapist. Many of us are driven by the unconscious wish that if we could just have the perfect body, the perfect job and the perfect family, then we would be happy. For that reason, it can be one of the most significant barriers to happiness in life.(英国国家医疗服务体系的心理治疗师莫亚·萨纳说:“追求完美是一座监狱。”我们中的许多人被一种无意识的愿望所驱使,即如果我们能拥有完美的身体、完美的工作和完美的家庭,那么我们就会幸福。因此,它可能是生活中幸福的最大障碍之一)”可知,根据莫亚·萨纳的说法,追求完美会阻碍我们获得幸福。
52.细节理解题。根据第三段“The psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott wrote about the importance of the “good enough mother” who meets her baby’s needs timely, but is not perfect. He said perfect is harmful. To meet every desire immediately, to pass the toy straight away whenever it is demanded slows down a baby’s growth, robbing them of the opportunity to feel frustrated and learn to crawl to get the toy for themselves.(精神分析学家唐纳德·温尼科特写到了“足够好的母亲”的重要性,她能及时满足婴儿的需求,但并不完美。他说完美是有害的。立即满足每一个欲望,每当需要玩具时就立刻递过去,会减缓婴儿的成长,剥夺他们感到沮丧并学会自己爬着去拿玩具的机会)”可知,从“足够好的母亲”的例子中我们可以学到立即回应会影响婴儿的成长。
53.推理判断题。根据第二段““Pursuit of perfection is a prison,” says Moya Sarner, an NHS psychotherapist.(英国国家医疗服务体系的心理治疗师莫亚·萨纳说:“追求完美是一座监狱。”)”以及第三段“The psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott wrote about the importance of the ‘good enough mother’ who meets her baby’s needs timely, but is not perfect.(精神分析学家唐纳德·温尼科特写到了‘足够好的母亲’的重要性,她能及时满足婴儿的需求,但并不完美)”和第五段“How do I know all this? I am a perfectionist in recovery. I’ve started to recognize my intolerance of imperfection — my need for certain things to be exactly as I would like them to be, from the way my husband chops his onions to my terror of being late — and it has made a huge difference to my relationship and my parenting.(我怎么知道这些的?我是一个正在康复的完美主义者。我已经开始意识到自己对不完美的无法容忍——我需要某些事情完全符合我的意愿,从我丈夫切洋葱的方式到我对迟到的恐惧——这对我的人际关系和育儿方式产生了巨大的影响)”可知,作者通过引用专家的观点和反思个人经历来展开她的中心论点。
54.推理判断题。根据最后一段“We need to go further than tolerating imperfections. We need to learn to appreciate their humanity and beauty. Imperfections are why people will pay a calligrapher to handwrite invitations when a computer can produce a flawless version of the same script for less money and in less time.(我们需要超越容忍不完美。我们需要学会欣赏它们的人性和美丽。不完美就是为什么人们会花钱请书法家手写邀请函,而电脑可以用更少的钱和更短的时间制作出同样字体的完美版本)”可知,从书法家的例子中我们可以推断出,在人们眼中,不完美让事物更有人情味,更有价值。
55.推理判断题。根据最后一段“We need to go further than tolerating imperfections. We need to learn to appreciate their humanity and beauty. Imperfections are why people will pay a calligrapher to handwrite invitations when a computer can produce a flawless version of the same script for less money and in less time. So for a more delicious life, and ultimately a better one, I choose imperfectionism.(我们需要超越容忍不完美。我们需要学会欣赏它们的人性和美丽。不完美就是为什么人们会花钱请书法家手写邀请函,而电脑可以用更少的钱和更短的时间制作出同样字体的完美版本。所以,为了更美好的生活,最终为了更好的生活,我选择不完美主义)”可知,作者认为我们要学会接受不完美,由此可推知,作者可能会赞成“足够接近就是足够好”的观点。

阅读短文,并按照题目要求用英语回答问题。
It is believed that the success of humans as a species depends to a large extent on our ability to cooperate in groups. Much more so than any other animals, people are able to work together and coordinate their actions to produce mutual benefits.
New research involving Dr. Lucas Molleman, an expert at the University of Nottingham, suggests that successful cooperation in groups depends on how people gather information about their peers, and how they base their cooperative decisions on it.
Biologists wonder how cooperation could have evolved by natural selection: it is puzzling how cooperation can be beneficial when it is possible to behave selfishly and take advantage of the cooperative efforts of your group. Psychologists and economists try to understand why many people are willing to sacrifice their own welfare to benefit their social environment.
Dr. Molleman, from the Centre for Decision Research and Experimental Economics, said: “The question that our research tries to answer is: ‘How do people make decisions when their actions can affect the welfare of others?’ More specifically, we want to know how people determine their behavior when they have to cooperate in groups.” In these situations, a beneficial outcome for the whole group can be achieved if everyone cooperates. Individually, however, people might be better off by making selfish choices.
Dr. Pieter Van Den Berg from the University said: “From previous research we know that some people are ‘majority-oriented’(以多数人为导向的)and tend to look at the behavior of the majority in their group, whereas others are ‘success-oriented’ (以成功为导向的)and try to find out what kind of behavior pays off best for themselves.”
Dr. Molleman said: “It turns out that behavior in groups of success-oriented people was much more selfish than groups of majority-oriented people. As a consequence, the people in the majority-oriented groups tended to earn more money in the experiment since they cooperated more.”
56.What makes humans different from other animals according to the first paragraph? (No more than 10 words)
57.What does the underlined word“it”in Paragraph 2 refer to? ( 1 word)
58.What problem do biologists want to know? (No more than 15 words)
59.What is the main difference between "majority-oriented" people and "success-oriented" people? (No more than 20 words)
60.According to the passage, what kind of people tend to benefit more from group cooperation, and why? (No more than 25 words) (开放题)
56.Their ability to cooperate in groups./ Working together and coordinate their actions to produce mutual benefits. 57.Information. 58.How cooperation evolved by natural selection. 59.Their focus when making decisions in group cooperation./Majority-oriented follow the group while success-oriented seek the best payoff for themselves. 60.Majority-oriented people, because they cooperate more and the group achieves better outcomes.
根据第一段“Much more so than any other animals, people are able to work together and coordinate their actions to produce mutual benefits. (与其他任何动物相比,人类更能够一起工作并协调他们的行动以产生互惠互利。)”可知,人类与其他动物的不同之处在于他们能够群体合作,协调行动以产生互惠互利。
57.考查词句猜测。根据第二段“New research involving Dr. Lucas Molleman, an expert at the University of Nottingham, suggests that successful cooperation in groups depends on how people gather information about their peers, and how they base their cooperative decisions on it. (诺丁汉大学的专家卢卡斯·莫勒曼博士参与的一项新研究表明,群体中成功的合作取决于人们如何收集有关同伴的信息,以及他们如何基于____做出合作决定。)”可知,it指代前面提到的“information”,即人们如何收集有关同伴的信息。
58.考查细节理解。根据第三段“Biologists wonder how cooperation could have evolved by natural selection: it is puzzling how cooperation can be beneficial when it is possible to behave selfishly and take advantage of the cooperative efforts of your group. (生物学家想知道合作是如何通过自然选择进化的:令人困惑的是,当有可能表现出自私行为并利用群体的合作努力时,合作如何能带来益处。)”可知,生物学家想要知道合作是如何通过自然选择进化的。
59.考查细节理解。根据第五段“From previous research we know that some people are ‘majority-oriented’(以多数人为导向的) and tend to look at the behavior of the majority in their group, whereas others are ‘success-oriented’ (以成功为导向的) and try to find out what kind of behavior pays off best for themselves. (从先前的研究中我们知道,有些人是以多数人为导向的,倾向于观察群体中大多数人的行为,而另一些人则是以成功为导向的,试图找出什么样的行为对自己最有利。)”可知,以多数人为导向的人倾向于观察群体中大多数人的行为,而以成功为导向的人则试图找出对自己最有利的行为。
60.考查开放题。给出合理答案即可。根据最后一段“Dr. Molleman said: “It turns out that behavior in groups of success-oriented people was much more selfish than groups of majority-oriented people. As a consequence, the people in the majority-oriented groups tended to earn more money in the experiment since they cooperated more.” (莫勒曼博士说:“事实证明,以成功为导向的人在群体中的行为比以多数人为导向的人要自私得多。因此,在实验中,以多数人为导向的人倾向于赚更多的钱,因为他们合作得更多。”)”可知,以多数人为导向的人倾向于从群体合作中获益更多,因为他们合作得更多,群体也取得了更好的成果。

【答案】范文
A Day in My Future Home
Good morning, I’d like to share my vision of a day in my future home.
First, my future home will be very smart. For example, devices will control the lights and temperature automatically to make me feel comfortable. For entertainment, I can watch movies with VR, which will make me feel like I am inside the movie. This is very different from my life now, where I have to turn things on and off by myself and I only have a regular TV or phone.
Second, my kitchen will help me eat better. A smart assistant will suggest healthy meals based on my needs and cook them quickly. In contrast, I often eat unhealthy fast food now because I am too busy and have no time to cook.
In my opinion, these changes will make my life much easier and healthier. I will have more time to relax and do what I love. A future home like this is not just about technology; it is about helping me live a happier life.
That’s all for my sharing. Thank you!
