A.has completed B.will complete C.is completed D.will be completed 【答案】C 【难度】0.4 【知识点】一般将来时的被动语态、时间状语从句的主将从现 【详解】考点:动词时态 When引导的时间状语从句,主句是一般将来时,从句用一般现在时代替一般将来时,主语park是complete的承受者,故用一般现在时的被动语态be+过去分词,主语单数,故用is。故选:C 2.—What a big storm yesterday! —Yes, we were having an English class in the classroom and suddenly all the lights ________. A.cut off B.went off C.put off D.took off 【答案】B 【难度】0.4 【知识点】cut off、go off、put off、take off 起飞、take off 脱下、动词短语 【详解】句意:——昨天的是一场大风暴啊!——是啊,我们正在教室里上英语课,突然,所有的灯都熄灭了。 cut off切断,中断;went off离开,爆炸,突然停止运转;put off推迟,阻止;took off起飞,脱下。根据“What a big storm yesterday!” B。 3.—Did the doctor ________ your temperature?      —Yes, he did. But I didn't have a fever. A.do B.spend C.bring D.take 【答案】D 【难度】0.4 【知识点】bring(brought brought)、do、spend(spent spent)、take (测定/量取/拍摄)、动词辨析 【详解】句意:——医生给你量了体温吗? do做;spend花费;bring带来;take测定、量取。根据“But I didn't have a fever.” D。 4.He Zhong took this photo and he managed ________the good time which their fans were having. A.show B.shows C.showing D.to show 【答案】D 【难度】0.4 【知识点】manage to do sth.、动词不定式作宾语 【详解】句意:何忠拍下了这张照片,他成功地展现了粉丝们的欢乐时光。 此题考查manage to do sth. D。 5.Chinese people are brave. What else should we pay attention to ________ our grades? 故选A。 A。 7.—Isn’t that Helen over there? —No, it ________  be her. I am sure she doesn’t wear glasses. A.can’t B.needn’t C.could D.should 【答案】A 【难度】0.4 【知识点】can表示推测 【详解】句意:——难道海伦不在那边吗? can’t 不可能,表示否定猜测;needn’t不必要;could能够,可能表示对过去的推测;should应该。 A。 8.—It’s said that ten cities including Chengdu were ________as the happiest cities in China. — Wow, I am happy to hear that and proud of our city. But every chance I got, when I was alone, I 13 each present under the tree. I read every tag(标签)and felt every bag, guessing at the things within. I had examined each gift so often that I could tell which 14 went to which person without looking at the tags. It had been a hard year for my family. Whenever my mom looked over at the tree and presents, she would sigh(叹气)and warn us, “There won’t be as much for Christmas this year. Try not to be 15 .” Christmas had been a time for my parents to spoil(宠爱)us. I had heard the phrase “giving is better than receiving”, but getting presents was the whole point! On Christmas morning, we 16 waited in the hallway until Dad told us everything was ready. We rushed into the living room and had to wait and 17 while other family members opened their presents, but as the time passed we lost our self-control. “Here’s another one for you,” said Mom as she handed me a bag. I looked at it, confused. Having spent so much time examining the presents before Christmas, I 18 this one. It was for my mom! It was a blow dryer. While this may seem only a simple gift, to me it was so much more. But, in my world, where receiving was more important than giving, my mom’s act of selflessness was difficult to 19 . I thought in disbelief about how much my mom must love me to do that. I have always remembered that Christmas with love. As an adult with children, I can now see my mom was finding an even greater 20 in her Christmas because giving truly is better than receiving. To me, my mom’s simple act meant the world. 13.A.changed B.opened C.filled D.checked 14.A.child B.present C.tree D.word 15.A.disappointed B.excited C.worried D.satisfied 16.A.carefully B.hopelessly C.eagerly D.nervously 17.A.complain B.argue C.watch D.choose 18.A.received B.recognized C.refused D.expected 19.A.understand B.predict C.prove D.express 20.A.challenge B.role C.pleasure D.influence 【答案】 根据上文“I had examined each gift so often我经常检查每件礼物”,可知选B。 15. 根据上文“There won’t be as much for Christmas this year今年的圣诞节不会有这么多礼物了”,可知本来会比较失望,BCD三项不合句意,故选A。 16. 根据上文“but getting presents was the whole point但收到礼物才是最重要的”,可知心情急切,故选C。 17. 根据下文“while other family members opened their presents当其他家庭成员打开他们礼物的时候”,可知都想看看是什么,故选C。 18. 根据上文“Having spent so much time examining the presents before Christmas在圣诞节前花了那么多时间检查礼物之后”,可知找到了给妈妈的,ACD三项不合句意,故选B。 19. 根据上文“in my world, where receiving was more important than giving在我的世界里,接受比给予更重要”,可知“我”不太理解妈妈的无私关爱,故选A。 20. 根据下文“because giving truly is better than receiving因为真正的给予比接受更好”,可知给予是快乐的,故选C。 根据上文“There won’t be as much for Christmas this year今年的圣诞节不会有这么多礼物了”,礼物减少本来会让人失望,可知BCD三项不合句意,故选A。 21 Harry I’d like to make videos about my daily life and learn how to describe it in English. In this way, they are making a difference to the lives of many. For example, Wang Hong, the boss of a barbecue restaurant, has been offering free drinks to delivery drivers and street cleaners since 2012. Recently, he started a free-meal project with the help of the neighborhood. For him, it’s personal. “When I first came to the city, I had nothing. I was learning in a restaurant. People helped me even though they didn’t know me.” he said, “This is my way of giving back to society and teaching my child to be thankful.” His restaurant welcomes anyone in need. The meals are simple but hearty—a bowl of soup, with rice, noodles or dumplings. “We try to serve food people like.” he said, “And there is always something to satisfy everyone.” Wang is not alone. Yushiji, another restaurant also offers meals to the people in need at a low price. For just 12 yuan, customers can enjoy a hot, hearty meal that usually costs much more. According to the manager of the restaurant, Li Jun, customers in need can get either beef soup with a Chinese pancake or noodles with mutton. Noodles are refilled for free. Delivery drivers like Fan Xingang often come and eat here. “My friends told me about this place. It’s not just good for the low price.” Fan said, “They show us respect and kindness.” Beyond Beijing, similar actions can be seen in Shanghai, Tianjin, Heze and Yinchuan. The hot meal on cold winter days is warming up more people in need, one meal at a time. 24.Why does Wang Hong offer free drinks and meals? A.To attract more customers. B.To give back to society. C.To help his child study better. D.To get on well with neighbors. 25.What might Fan Xingang agree with? A.Delivery drivers get high pay. B.The meals fill both the stomach and the heart. C.There is no free lunch in the world. D.ALL restaurants should be required by law to help people in need. 26.What can we infer from the last paragraph? A.Beijing takes the lead in many ways. B.People shouldn’t show off wealth. C.Kindness spreads widely in cities. D.More people need help in big cities. 24.根据第二段“This is my way of giving back to the society and teaching my child to be thankful.” 25.根据第四段“They show us respect and kindness.” 26.根据最后一段“Beyond Beijing, similar actions can be seen in Shanghai, Tianjin, Heze and Yinchuan.” C Household robots have long been a popular idea in science fiction. Now, scientists are finally making them real, yet one daily task has proved surprisingly challenging: folding laundry. Picking up a T-shirt and folding it seems easy, but it requires a complex (复杂的) understanding of how objects move in three dimensions (维度). Humans learn how fabrics (织物) respond and can apply that knowledge to new situations, but robots cannot. As a result, robots are slow and poor at folding laundry. One key difficulty in teaching robots this skill is the endless number of ways various fabrics can fold. It’s simple for people to pick up a shirt and quickly find a sleeve or collar to fold it, but each way a shirt crumples is a new challenge for robots, which are often trained on images of smooth clothing lying flat on a surface. This task is easier for people because we learn by seeing and feeling things. Our eyes and hands provide rich information by interacting with objects. Simply looking at a piece of fabric gives us a learned understanding of how heavy or stretchy it is, and how it would best be folded. For example, we know jeans don’t fold like silk. Robots, however, don’t understand that more force is required to lift and fold a pair of jeans than a blouse and instead must interact with the object before determining (确定) a folding plan. Additionally, robots’ “hands” aren’t as flexible (灵活的) as ours. Many grippers are designed for specific objects, like picking up exact-sized screws (螺丝) in a car factory. Laundry presents a challenge: the dimensions of fabric change with every fold, so grippers must be able to adjust (调节) to match any fabric shape and size. “Folding laundry requires skilled hand control and high-level reasoning,” computer scientist Danica Kragic explains. Many robots fold laundry using “pick and place”. They pick up a point on clothing and move it along a fixed path to a set spot. However, this method adapts (适应) poorly to real-time changes. Now, a newer method called AdaFold can adjust its plan during folding by monitoring the fabric and adapting its actions as needed. This flexibility could help scientists design robots that better adapt to changing environments. Even though robots still have trouble with messy, crumpled clothing, new methods like AdaFold are bringing folding laundry closer to reality. 27.What is the main challenge for robots folding laundry? A.The way fabric crumples creates too many changes. B.Robots are not trained to fold different kinds of clothes. C.Robots perform poorly on finding a fixed point to start folding. D.The movement of objects requires robots to have learned skills. 28.What can we learn from the passage? A.Robots can determine a folding plan after looking at fabrics. B.“Pick and place” follows flexible paths for folding clothes. C.AdaFold can adapt its folding path to fabric changes. D.Grippers are adjustable to fit various fabrics. 29.Which of the following is the best title for this passage? A.Want A Household Robot? Keep Waiting B.Need Laundry Folded? Don’t Ask A Robot C.Folding Laundry: People Perform Better than Robots D.Folding Laundry: Reasoning matters More than Skills 【答案】27.A 28.C 29.B 【难度】0.4 【知识点】科学技术、说明文 【导语】本文主要介绍了机器人难以叠衣服是因为织物折叠方式千变万化、机器人缺乏人类的视觉触觉感知能力以及机械手不够灵活,但新的方法 AdaFold 能实时调整,使叠衣服更接近现实。 27.根据第三段开头“One key difficulty...is the endless number of ways various fabrics can fold.”,即织物皱褶的方式太多,机器人难以应对。B(未训练折叠不同衣服)是表现之一;C(找固定起点差)是“pick and place”方法的局限;D(物体运动需要学习技能)过于笼统。 28.第六段明确说“AdaFold can adjust its plan during folding by monitoring the fabric and adapting its actions as needed.”。 Need Laundry Folded? Don’t Ask A Robot(需要折叠衣服? D Kid Artists: True Tales of Childhood from Creative Legends Stories by David Stabler &Pictures by Doogie Homer Publisher: Addison Wesley Longman Publishing Co Date: October 24, 2018 Price: $32 Purchase(购买): From all the major Bookstores in the USA or https://www amazon. com Discount: 88 % by December 1, 2018 Rate:★★★★★ TABLE OF CONTENTS INTRODUCTION ————————————————-6 PART ONE CALL OF THE WILD Leonardo da Vinci: The Marvelous Medusa Shield ———————————————14 Vincent van Gogh: The Boy Who Loved Bugs ———————————————22 Beatrix Potter: Nature Girl ———————————————31 Emily Carr: Out of the Woods ———————————————41 Georgia O'Keeffe: Born a Rebel ———————————————51 PART TWO It's A HARD KNOCK LIFE Louise Neveison: Coming to America ———————————————64 INTRODUCTION Funny and humorous childhood stories and full-color pictures show how Leonardo da Vinci, Beatrix Potter, Keith Haring, and other great artists in history dealt with regular-kid problems. I’m here to help with any of your problems, whether at school or at home. Sarah @Dr. Zhang What should I do to solve my problem? My life these days is terrible. My mum gave birth to a new baby a couple of years ago. I was really happy at first, but this lovely baby has grown up! He seems to have too much energy, and never stops running or shouting. The door doesn’t help at all — he’ll be knocking at it all the time. It drives me crazy. Although I really can’t stand this, what should I say to a 4-year-old boy? What hurts me most is that my parents are around him all the time without seeing me. How I miss those sweet old days when we could just sit in the sofa! Can you help me out? Sorting waste helps us recycle reusable materials like paper and plastic, which reduces pollution and protects our environment. Saving energy is also important—we can turn off lights and computers when leaving classrooms, and use natural light instead of electric lights during the day. These small steps cut down on energy waste and lower our school’s carbon footprint.   Let’s take action now! Every small effort will make our school a cleaner and more eco-friendly place. [亮点词汇] ①effective有效的 ②recycle回收 ③reusable可重复使用的 ④carbon footprint碳足迹 ⑤eco-friendly环保的   [高分句型] ①Sorting waste helps us recycle reusable materials like paper and plastic, which reduces pollution and protects our environment.(用which引导非限制性定语从句,说明垃圾分类的结果,逻辑清晰) ②Saving energy is also important—we can turn off lights and computers when leaving classrooms, and use natural light instead of electric lights during the day.(用破折号引出节约能源的具体做法,使内容更具体,表达连贯) 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $ ( ………………○……………… ) ( ………………○……………… ………………○……………… … 学校: ______________ 姓名: _____________ 班级: _______________ 考号: ______________________ ) 北京卷 备战2026年中考英语新课标(核心素养)三轮复习之仿真模拟卷 考生须知: 1. 1.When the natural park _____ ,it will be a good place for people to play and relax. B On cold winter days in Beijing, some restaurants are spreading warmth by offering free dishes to people in need, such as taxi drivers and street cleaners. C Household robots have long been a popular idea in science fiction. Don’t Ask A Robot C.Folding Laundry: People Perform Better than Robots D.Folding Laundry: Reasoning matters More than Skills D Kid Artists: True Tales of Childhood from Creative Legends Stories by David Stabler &Pictures by Doogie Homer Publisher: Addison Wesley Longman Publishing Co Date: October 24, 2018 Price: $32 Purchase(购买): From all the major Bookstores in the USA or https://www amazon. com Discount: 88 % by December 1, 2018 Rate:★★★★★ TABLE OF CONTENTS INTRODUCTION ————————————————-6 PART ONE CALL OF THE WILD Leonardo da Vinci: The Marvelous Medusa Shield ———————————————14 Vincent van Gogh: The Boy Who Loved Bugs ———————————————22 Beatrix Potter: Nature Girl ———————————————31 Emily Carr: Out of the Woods ———————————————41 Georgia O'Keeffe: Born a Rebel ———————————————51 PART TWO It's A HARD KNOCK LIFE Louise Neveison: Coming to America ———————————————64 INTRODUCTION Funny and humorous childhood stories and full-color pictures show how Leonardo da Vinci, Beatrix Potter, Keith Haring, and other great artists in history dealt with regular-kid problems. B On cold winter days in Beijing, some restaurants are spreading warmth by offering free dishes to people in need, such as taxi drivers and street cleaners. C Household robots have long been a popular idea in science fiction. Dr. Zhang @Sarah Re: What should I do to solve my problem? That’s a common problem. I know how terrible it is when someone keeps knocking at the door, but have you ever thought maybe it means the little one wants to stay with you? Just as you want to have your parents around, he needs your attention! If this doesn’t make you feel better, ask your parents for some help. Just have a talk with your parents. Ask them to calm your little brother down or take him out when you are doing your homework. And tell them that you also need their attention. Family life might not always be easy. _______ 34.Did Sarah feel happy to have a brother at first? 35.How old is Sarah’s little brother? 36.What problems does Sarah have? 37.What will Dr. Zhang say to encourage Sarah?
