“I can’t do it. I’m too shy.” I told my worry to my friends Molly and Emily.
“You’re not alone,” said Molly. “I feel nervous about singing in public too.”
“Don’t worry! I have an idea!” said Emily. “I mean, I always feel braver with friends. How about the three of us sing together?”
After talking about it for a while, we agreed happily. Over the next few days, we practiced the song so many times that we could not get it out of our heads.
Finally, the big day came. I wasn’t the only one who was nervous. Molly’s legs were shaking. Emily’s hands were wet, but she still encouraged us, “We can become braver and stronger when we are together.”
Emily was right. As soon as we started singing, our nervousness went away. The pretty and relaxing song just seemed to sing itself. The hall was filled with cheers. Betty just took a first-aid class and knew what to do. “I knew I needed to stop the bleeding first. I got a towel and used it to press on the cut,” she said. “I’m so happy that I got first-aid training,” Betty said. “I never thought I’d need to use my first-aid skills so soon, but I’m very glad I knew what to do. I didn’t need a first-aid box. Instead, the towel did a great job in stopping the bleeding.” What a good girl!

Gardening is a great way to meet people and build relationships. When you are gardening, you are outdoors. So it is a perfect time to communicate with your neighbors. Both answers are right, but in the mountains, there is a place called the Valley (山谷) of Flowers and you can see a very different situation there. The Valley of Flowers is in Uttarakhand, one state in the north of India. It is more than 87.5 square kilometers. There are flowers everywhere. They bloom (开花) between June and September. When the flowers bloom, the valley looks like a magical world with different colors.
There are also a lot of wild plants, such as trees and grass, in the Valley of Flowers. They are special. Some of them are hard to find anywhere else in the world! What’s more, some endangered animals live in the valley, like snow leopards (雪豹).
Now people have turned the Valley of Flowers into a national park. Visitors can’t build anything or live there. They can’t even stay there for too long at a time. They can only stay there for one day. It’s probably not long enough for visitors to see all the beauty there.

例文
Everyone may have bad feelings sometimes. It’s important to know how to deal with them.
First, you can develop hobbies to do what you enjoy. For example, listening to soft music or drawing pictures can help you calm down. Second, keep exercising like running or playing ball games. It’s a great way to let out pressure and cheer yourself up. Third, don’t keep your problems to yourself. Talk to your parents or friends, and sharing your worries will make you feel much better.
These simple ways really work well. Try them when you feel down, and you’ll get through the hard time soon!
