Many teenagers have trouble with their emotions during growing up. Some feel angry easily, some feel worried, and others feel lonely, but we need to learn how to deal with them.
First, we should learn to talk about our feelings. Keeping bad feelings inside can hurt ourselves. We can talk with our parents, teachers or friends. They can offer us useful advice and help us cut our problems in half.
Second, we should learn to put ourselves in others’ shoes. Sometimes we argue with others because we don’t understand each other. If we think more about others’ feelings, we can clear the air easily.
Third, we should do something to relax ourselves. We can take a deep breath, listen to light music, or play sports. From time to time, we should give ourselves plenty of time to rest.
Lastly, we should stay positive. Don’t look at things in a negative way. Look on the bright side and believe that everything will be better.

The concept of “fun” can mean different things to different people. For some, fun might be going on an adventure, like hiking in the mountains or exploring a new city. For others, it could be a quiet activity, such as reading a good book or painting.
Adventure-seekers often find joy in challenging themselves physically and mentally. Hiking allows them to connect with nature and experience the beauty of the outdoors. Exploring a new city gives them the opportunity to learn about different
cultures and try new foods.
On the other hand, those who prefer quiet activities enjoy the peace and solitude that comes with them. Reading a book can take them to different worlds and expand their imagination. Painting allows them to express their creativity and emotions.
No matter what your definition of fun is, it’s important to make time for it in your life. Having fun can reduce stress, improve your mood, and enhance your overall well-being. It can also help you build stronger relationships with others if you share your fun activities with them.

We do with all these old toys? Instead of throwing them away, she chose to wash, repair and give them to young patients at the University Hospital of Caracas. Months later, encouraged by the warm feedback, she turned her home into the Hospital for Soft Toys, a nonprofit foundation.
Today, about 60 volunteers meet there at least once a week to repair worn-out toys. They carefully sew rips, brush off dust or add new stuffing. Over the past seven years, about 70,000 toys have got a new life!
Repairing a soft toy for another round of love is also helpful to the volunteers. “All of us who come here get a special kind of comfort,” says 72-year-old Silvia Helper, who has volunteered for nearly three years. “It’s like a therapy where we
care for each other.”
The restored toys are not only sent to hospitals and schools in poor areas, but also to older people’s homes—anyone who needs a little bit of love. Each toy comes with a sweet note: “Hello! Collecting History on Fridge Doors
Can fridge magnets hold 10,000 years of history? Maybe someone can make it come true. Mei Qian became famous online because she collected the “10,000 Years of Huaxia” fridge magnet series.
Each magnet shows a relic (文物) from a different Chinese dynasty, from the Stone Age to the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) . “At first, I just bought magnets as souvenirs,” Mei said. “After an exhibition, I had a new idea and I decided to collect magnets for every dynasty.”
Mei started to place them in historical order and wrote names and dates for each one. She made sure everything was correct and tried to make them look beautiful. “Each magnet became a small door into the past,” she said.
Mei didn’t stop at collecting—she also started making her own. Her favourite fridge magnet is a small version of a lacquer screen (漆器屏风) from the Northern Wei Dynasty (386-534). The magnet is 9.8 cm tall and looks like a little piece of art. “I painted it by hand on wood,” Mei said. “I looked at real museum lights and official photos to get the right color.” Mei even asked people online, “Which version do you like better, the glassy or the matte (哑光的) ?” She felt like being a real artist.
“Fridge magnets are small, fun and easy to understand. You can see a piece of history every time you get a snack from the fridge,” Mei joked. “You don’t need to read a long book—just one picture can make you curious.”
To middle schoolers, Mei shares her advice, “Start with what you love—dragons, pottery, paintings... Piece by piece, your collection becomes a story.”
